The service here is terrible. The workers spend more time talking to each other than working. They always ask you to pull around even if there’s no one in drive thru and will bang on the window to get you to move even if you were just putting your straw in your drink. One time they banged on the window to make me pull forward so they didn’t have to walk as far despite it making me have to pull all the way around the store again. They then will carry multiple orders out so they don’t have to make multiple trips regardless if several minutes have passed between orders or when orders are up. Most of the time they don’t have a concept of saying please or thank you when you order. The time before last a worker asked what do I want as a greeting in drive thru and they have never given me a receipt. This past time I had to wait 10 minutes in an almost empty parking lot with no cars in front of me to have my order taken and it took nearly 20 minutes in total to get a single biggie bag. I used to work fast food and this is one of the worst stores I’ve ever been to for customer service. I ordered thru the app to go inside and pick up a chocolate frosty and when I went to the door, it was locked even though the door should’ve been open until 10 o’clock. It was 930 and he told me to go through the drive-through. While waiting in the drive-through, I noticed it says that my chocolate frosty order has been completed and already picked up when I got to the order menu. I explained to the guy how it said it was picked up and he told me not to worry about it that he still had it, but that I was gonna have to wait 15 minutes in this drive-through until I got it I said nope forget it. I would like a refund and he tells me that I have to do this through the app had he not accepted my order as if it was picked up I would not have to go through all the trouble of getting a refund through the app which I’m having nothing but trouble trying to get a refund through the stupid app. Don’t go here because the man working is just going to rob you unless you wait on him for 45 minutes to...

I sat there for 30 minutes before the employee came out to my car to ask me what I had ordered again, he said he was handling it and apologized, then came back two minutes later to tell me to just forget it and come inside. There were two customers in front of me when I came in, the first in line was a woman who had the exact same thing happen to her. I stood in line for another 20-30 minutes. The employee who told me to come inside was nowhere to be seen, no one was manning the counter. Finally another employee showed up, the woman at the front of the line asked for a manager and was informed that they were "in a different city". The family in front of me after her had to repeat their order three times. The employee disappeared directly after speaking to her and after waiting for another 10 minutes I decided it wasn't worth it anymore and left, without my money and without my food, because I had to get back on the road.
