Love their food but the wait time is not fast food wait I placed an order at 4:02 pm when I go to pick it up at 4:30pm it's still being made when the wait time said 16-21 Mins. Ordered online. Came 10 minutes late because I know they're never ready on time. Still waited 35 minutes. Fries were inedible... like they are made hours ahead of time then dropped again and refried...gross. Wings were solid. The place is full of people waiting more than 30 minutes.. Why is it so hard to get any kind of decent service...
