McDonald's — Restaurant in St. Matthews

OK the service sucks. I was the fourth car in line. It got 10 minutes to service two cars and the car in front of me, it took 3 1/2 minutes to collect the money. I know this because when I go to places like this, I start my stop watch to see how much time I waste in a drive thru. I even do this at a bank. When I got up to the pay window, I ask the girl what was the problem, usually it does not take 10 minutes to service two cars and take money from the third. She got mad at me and waited until I started to pull up to toss my money at me (I only ordered a large coke, so it was $1.06). I put my car into park, opened my door and got the money. I brought it back to her but she was busy. I ;left it on the window ledge and tapped the window to let her know that the money was there. I got back into my car. I watched her take my money and tossed it out again. I again got out of my car and gathered the money and brought it back to her. This time, I tapped on the window until she opened it and asked her what was her problem as I handed her the money. She threw the money at me. I admit that my temper got the better of me and I called her a curse word which I am sorry for that. I then had to gather the money a third time and went back to the window and ask another employee to speak to the manager. Of course the manager didn't listen to me because I called the girl a cursed word and the manager blamed the wind on the money getting away. Yeah, maybe once, but three times, NO WAY. I thought that myself the first time. But I saw her toss it out once and she throw it at me the third time. It was not the wind. I handed the manager my money then decided that I really didn't want their lousy soda and took my money back. Anyway, this all took 5 minutes and remember the car in front of me that took 3 minutes to collect money from, well it was still at the food window during all this time. And these Employees want $15 an hour to do what? To be more incomminent than what they are now? I had to give a star for this to post. It however DOES NOT deserve a star but several thumbs down!!!!! Never ever ever going back...

I needed to wash my hands before I ordered my food and I went in the restroom there was no toilet paper in the handicap bathroom none at all there was no towel paper in the towel paper machine to dry your hands and I'm sure it had been out for a very long time and it really turn me off because I've been in that McDonald's many times because it's close to where my doctor is and I had to go to the doctor today and I was looking forward to a sit-down meal and enjoy myself that it said I had to take my own cleaning supplies and clean the bathroom said I was in and use my kleenexes to wipe myself and my wife said I carry with me and so I will I wasn't real happy about that because it's never been like that before and it's not that they didn't have plenty of help because they did and it really turn me off because I've been in that McDonald's many times because it's close to her my doctor is and I had to go to the doctor today and I was looking forward to a sit-down meeting enjoy myself and his said I had to take my own cleaning supplies and clean the bathroom said I was seeing and use my kleenexes to White myself and my wife so I carry with me And so I will I wasn't real happy about that because it's never been like that before and it's not that they didn't have plenty of help because they did but that's why I would have given them a five-star as far as their foods concerned but I feel like that the restroom facilities in that...

I was at this McDonald's yesterday early evening to get my kids their Happy Meals. I went inside because when I went to the drive-thru at prior times in the past they've always somehow screwed up my order when it was the simplest order. Yesterday took the cake I had to go inside visually see what they were doing I had a very simple order with hamburgers they somehow screw that up and I told them about it they try to fix it. And then they messed up again. And after I went home thinking everything was okay I checked the order at home again which I did prior at McDonald's come to find out I thought the Happy Meals had your drinks in them they had forgotten her juice boxes which on the receipt it clearly showed me ordering juice boxes. This was a complete nightmare I went home my youngest daughter was crying because she didn't get her juice box and I'm just so fed up with the incompetence of these people at this certain McDonald's. I even saw two employees flirting with each other at the back counter totally unacceptable for a professional or so-called professional establishment. I will be boycotting McDonald's for a long time now and I will be telling my friends at work and anybody else I run into when the subject comes up if it doesn't come up I will bring it up sorry McDonald's you blew it.
