ZERO stars should be a choice to go with ZERO personality and ZERO flavor. I must agree with most of the reviews here. Wish I read the reviews BEFORE we came here but I let the kids pick. Staff with hands on face and thru their hair (mid-30’s to 40-ish East Indian male) as we walked in and looked irritated to see a Black man bring his two younger cousins in for a dessert mid- week, when you know your establishment is not making any money today. And yes, race is definitely a factor when you are used to dealing with certain people. You don’t know who your customers are or how much money we make. Male did not bother to put gloves on, and I made a comment about it to my little cousins so the staff could hear me but the female WITH gloves handling cookies THEN cash/payment seemed to be more worried if we were going to pay immediately before my ice cream was even mixed. I guess they assume people of color order and dash. Melting ice cream while mixed, could not even bring it in car. Old tasting frozen strawberries. I do not like to stereotype but the flavor of the staff is the type to be unclean and keep utilities to a minimum to be cheap. Will NEVER return and it is my hope this establishment goes out...

Very RUDE Staff and BAD service. I don’t appreciate the way i got served. I went there with my wife , The lady who served us was a middle aged south Asian lady( i didn’t get the name) was very rude and all the time she was giving a look like why are we there. I asked for the toppings to be mixed with the ice cream and she refused to do it. I have been going to Marble Slab for a long time and my order is always same and in every location they mix the ice cream but this location ( it was my first visit here) she refused to mix the toppings, put the very little of the toppings and when I asked a question she replied very rudely and was giving dirty looks the whole time. It was a very uncomfortable experience for us. She was starring at my wife maybe cuz my wife was wearing a hijab. WORST...

Immediately when I walked in, I was told that I needed to go get a mask to return (no more mask mandate). The same employees that told me that I needed a mask, presumably because they care about health, proceeded to make everyone's ice cream with no gloves (even though a full box of gloves was sitting right there on the counter to wear) and went back and forth many times between handling people's money and touching their own masks on their faces, and touching everyone's spoons and cups with their bare hands. I watched for awhile as they did this and never once washed their hands or used sanitizer. Disgusting, even under normal...
