DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I recently visited this restaurant with my family, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. The restaurant was advertising a "buy one, get one free" promotion, which turned out to be highly deceptive. You can only get one free entree per table not matter how many people you have in your party. It felt like a ploy to lure customers in with false promises, only to deliver a subpar dining experience. The promotion was misleading and only added to the overall disappointment.
Despite the restaurant not being busy when we arrived, we still had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. During this time, I noticed several available tables that simply needed to be cleaned, but no effort was made to expedite the seating process.
Once seated, it took an additional 20 minutes for our server to show up and take our drink order. After receiving our drinks, we placed our food order, but it took a staggering 40 minutes for the food to arrive. For a breakfast spot, this kind of delay for simple dishes like scrambled eggs and hash browns is unacceptable.
When the food finally arrived, it was a major letdown. The scrambled eggs were bland, the bacon was overly salty and hard, and the wheat bread was burnt and tough. On top of that, our drinks were never refilled, and the server never checked on us throughout the meal.
This is hands down the worst breakfast restaurant I have ever been to. The service was painfully slow and unprofessional, the food was terrible, and the promotions were misleading. If you value your time, money, and a decent dining experience, avoid this place at all costs. You’d be much better off going to...
Read moreThis was the worst experience I’ve here had at a snooze. I come in with my baby and two brothers. We order right away and show a coupon for a free entree. Our server was extremely rude and sorry to say it but just slow. The restaurant was not busy and after he took our order we never saw him again. Without us knowing it, we were asking the manager for utensils and ketchup etc and never saw our server! We waited about 30 minutes for our food MIND you the restaurant was not busy. I could only assume that our food was just patiently waiting there as another person brought our food over. My son started to get fussy and we immediately asked for the check and a to go box. Our server was rude again. The check is on a toast tablet which he had and proceeded to walk away and not come back. I ended up going and asking the man who I thought was the host to assist and give me a to go box. Ended up waiting another 20 minutes for this server who was just sitting there at the bar to let me PAY. my kid was throwing a fit at this point. I asked to speak to the manager and he did nothing but say I’ll talk to him. I don’t know what was going on today but WOW. I’ve worked in the restaurant business when I was younger and as a manager now this is ridiculous. I understand if the restaurant was busy, however, there were multiple other servers a hostess that was also the manager and someone at the bar. Any of those employees could’ve taken the initiative to hand over the paper or the toast tablet so that we can pay. I still tipped because I understand but the manager and also the employee should’ve recognize the problem...
Read moreSadly, our favorite things- the Monte Cristo and the Pulled poke Benny are no longer on the menu. Instead we got the stuffed French toast and the Benny dou with the barbacoa Chile Verde and habanero porkbelly. The French toast was good, would order again. The accompaniment to the eggs in the bennys were also good, but one of the poached eggs was underdone in my opinion- the white was still liqidy and slimy. The second egg was perfect- the white was fully cooked and the yolk was perfectly runny. The poached eggs are underdone on a regular basis in my experience and if you ask for the egg to be redone they go way over and poach them to the point of having little to no runny yolk. It may seem a little picky, but if you are a brunch restaurant with multiple variations of eggs Benedict, you should probably be able to consistently poach an egg to the appropriate doneness. Service is slow and the servers seem a little put out when you ask for more coffee. You have to ask for cream separately, it doesn't just come with the coffee, including when you ask for a refill. You also may have to ask more than once for your coffee refills. Orders usually arrive quickly and correct as far as what you ordered. The restaurant is always...
