Love the food/concept by Cava needs to invest in training. All the employees here are new & no one truly knows what they are doing. They do not have any consistency with portions or knowing what goes into each menu item; my food is made differently each time. The 'managers' are always miserable, passive aggressive & act as though each crumb of food & packaging is coming directly out of their paycheck. I understand there is protocol at these establishments but they act like any modification to a meal requires Congressional approval. The world will not end if you put my meal in a bowl instead of plate - I am receiving and paying for the same portion of food; you never know why someone is making request - they could have a disability or allergy. I'm sorry that the 'managers' couldn't hack it in corporate but please don't take your misery out on customers & act like you value their business. Read moreI made an online order on my way home from work. The app said my order would be ready at 9:00 p.m. and so I showed up at the drive thru window at 8:55. I waited at the window from 8:55p.m. to 9:10 p m. In that time, three different employees walked by and did not acknowledge me. I finally went inside and picked up my order and let them know that I was at the window and had not been acknowledged. One of the girls that I saw earlier at the window blame the fact that she just got back from the bathroom and she knew nothing about it. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I saw her pass the window three times. I could see my bag with my name sitting on the counter from the window. I honked my horn a couple of times and I flashed my light to try to get their attention and still had to come inside and pick up my order. They did not apologize, they just gave me a lame excuse. Read moreIf I was able to give this place a 0 star I would , the people in there are very rude and don’t know how to give customer service.. they look at each other and laugh if we ask anything .. Also they overcharge everything … same thing we ate previous day was charged different and this time we went with family we were overcharged… $12 charged on Friday and Sunday we were charged $17. And once we asked why we were overcharged we were given a very rude answer .. by the guy name Felipe .. and the girls behind were looking at us and laughing .. honestly this is the very first cava that we have been to that didn’t even have 1 person in there .. it’s probably because of their attitude.. you guys need to change how you serve people or will run out...
