I had a question to ask the manager , i called i got the number from google and this older mexican lady picked up , i asked her if i could speak to the manager , then she said she was the manager which is kind of crazy because i’m a daily customer there and i’ve never seen a mexican lady as a manager and i’ve seen a new employee that just started working that’s older and is mexican and she was probably older just acting like she was a manager and i just saw that same mexican lady at the drive thru where i had a complaint and she knew i was calling but i asked for the managers name she said it was her but she wouldn’t give her name out and i even told her my name when i started the conversation, she then proceeded to ask me why i wanted her name and i told her i wanted it because i had a complaint and i wanted to give a complaint out for that store and i needed the managers name to report it to taco bell HR. Really bad customer service and then she hung up the phone on me while i was talking , i didn’t raise my tone or anything i just asked her if i could talk to the manager and then i asked for the managers name . this happened January 22nd, 2024 3:10 PM i need to speak to taco bell’s regional manager about about this matter urgently or someone higher up and if this employee was acting like a manager and hung up on me and was talking rude to a customer that gives his business to you everyday i need some type of closure because this is not it ,this isn’t how you run a business you gotta be a little more professional !!!don’t matter if it’s taco bell it’s still a business !! treat your customers a little better , if your having a bad day just stay at home and work...
Read moreNot sure what is going on but the service is not what our used to be. You see more new faces verses familiar faces meaning employees that been there for awhile except a manager named Alisha. Always pleasant and the needs are met for your business. You had an employee I used to see "alllll" the time that kept orders and at the same service just following.. you need more employees such as him there! I haven't been back to your establishment in like 3 years but coming in recently and my order was "OMG" yes once talking to a manager and then driving back up there for the inconvenience I just decided this will not be a place that I will spend my money at anymore. The two Hispanic managers I'm going to need them to participate in communicating with all that walk through the door and not they're cherry pics to communicate with because I'm human as well, all dollars spend the same, but your CUSTOMER SERVICE SPEAKS volume for a business and I don't receive that. Even my spouse stopped in after a 10hr shift also recently and upon us conversating he stated, "man where's my order at" now mind you are were on the phone every bit of 8 minutes and 7 seconds and no one said anything to him about the wait or anything. Read moreI drive far each morning... i live in Spring,TX and work in Missouri City, TX. So when i look online and it says that it opens at 7am .... it'll be nice for them to actually be open. I love the breakfast prices which is why I stop here bc I am able to get me and my 2 kids something quick to eat before dropping them off to school. There is a lady there who isn't to happy to see me because I mention the time situation and she looks at me every time like why does this women have to come to my location. She didn't even want to give me the receipt because her name is on there. I come to this location because it's the point of where I'm done driving in traffic and have 15min to spare and to get something to eat before dropping the kids to school. I will have to look for another place just because she's the only one working the morning shift and me my kids food has been mangled with eggs at one end and sausage on the other end of burrito which was never like that until I mention to her about not being open at 7am, they didn't let me order until 7:13am and when I went to the window she told me to drive all the way around to take my order.
