I ordered a fill up box, a famous bowl, side of Mac, and 3 drinks. They started putting my order together and then told me they had to wait on the biscuits. In the meantime, I had to ask for the The cups for our drinks. We’re waiting, and the rest of the food is sitting in the box. I watched 2 other big orders go out before mine (mind you, I ordered about 5min before they showed up and the plan was to eat there). The biscuits are finally ready and I had to request the Mac and the famous bowl because they didn’t give it to me. Went to get ready to eat: the chicken bites were ice cold(like you bought food and left it out for a couple hours on the counter), the fries were a little warmer than the bites(not by much), the chicken was greasy/cold, and the biscuits that I had to wait on didn’t taste fully cooked(it felt like wet flour in my mouth). The famous bowl had too much gravy(you couldn’t taste anything else) and I had to go back and ask for the chicken to be put in there because they didn’t include it. I most definitely should’ve asked for a refund. But my company told they would just warm it up later. The restroom had no tissue, no soap. There was pee all over the seat/floor. Read moreI've been out of town, so I haven't really been able to review this location as I would have liked to.. But I visited this location on Dec 18, 2018 in hopes of getting food. My sister and I sat at the ordering speaker for about 10 minutes continuously saying hello until we were so fed up that we drove up to the window. We were met at the window by an employee on the inside walking by who looked confused and came to the window saying they closed early for their Christmas Event for staff. We asked why there wasnt a sign to notify anyone and that the line was growing behind us. Turns out there was a sign, but due to the rain and heavy winds it was no longer visible, as it turned upside down. We left and went next door to the Taco Bell and what looked to be a manager of some sort came out and there was at least 5 cars blowing horns and all. I rolles the window down and told her she may want to walk over and let them know they were closed since the sign stating so was no longer visible and she responded with a very snarky, sarcastic attitude, "They'll eventually figure it out" and walked away. Read moreWe moved here in July of 2024 and this KFC location has been very inconsistent. Different prices at different times for the same meal. And no it’s not a Happy Hour special. We would understand that. We’ve experienced different personalities and service has been roller past of sorts. Although I speak another language, Spanish isn’t it and one specific employee has become very irritated when our communication is off. Now this is ALWAYS through the drive through. Today we met the GM and she mentioned that the price we’ve been given for the last 6 months is not supposed to be a ‘BUTTON’ employee utilize. Not sure why there POS system has an active button that shouldn’t be used. Nevertheless she honored the original price on today’s visit but when we made it home the order was wrong. Wrong sides & original chicken but tasted like it had been sitting there. I haven’t made a negative review in a while but when things go left sometimes you just have to speak up.
