After seeing their stand at the Hope in Motion cancer walk each year (with free treats!), I stopped in today when they handed me a âtoday onlyâ free loaf card â and Iâm glad I did. I picked an olive loaf; my partner chose a berry & white chocolate scone, and I grabbed a lemon blueberry scone (since their famous cinnamon rolls were sold out). My daughter loved the chocolate croissant, and we all enjoyed a shareable apple danish â which, per Tom, tastes amazing warmed with ice cream.
Tom at the counter was outstanding â warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. He patiently walked us through the selection and helped us choose, all with a genuine smile.
Everything is baked fresh daily (never frozen), with quality ingredients and traditional techniques. The selection includes artisan loaves, bagels, rolls, and pastries like danish and those sought-after cinnamon rolls.
I also appreciate that unsold goods are donated daily to local charities through their End of Day Giving program â a great community touch.

The smell of the baked goods was noticeable right away and made us so excited to pick out what we wanted! My fiancĂ© and I let several people go ahead of us in line as we were still trying to decide what to order, and while we were deliberating the manager brought us over a white chocolate blueberry scone to enjoy complimentary. It was such a nice gesture and not one that you see too often! Our favorites that we picked up here were the sourdough cob and sea salt and black pepper Turkish bread. The pastries were good too, but I did think my chocolate raspberry croissant was missing the raspberry flavor completely. The store is on the smaller side, so there is zero seating inside and no tables in front of the store outside either. No preservatives are used here, and I was happy to learn that whatever they donât sell at the end of the night is donated to...
Read moreOnce again the owners disappoint with their â the customer is always wrong â attitude. I prepaid for three loaves of chia fruit and left my number. Bread to be picked up two days ago. I had a death in the family Wednesday and forgot to get it. I was then informed that they threw it out and since they had made it for me would not be reimbursing me my money. There was also no offer to get me the three loaves next Wednesday when they made the bread again. Nothing no accommodation. Theyâre employees have better customer service ethics than they do. Imagine telling a customer that buys your products every week and sends others there, that you really donât care. Not even a â condolences â...
