I’m really disappointed, not so much in the connection once it’s working, but in everything that led up to it. It took over a week for a service technician to come fix my cable wiring, even though I was supposed to be online much sooner. The technician who finally came did a great job, but the turnaround time was way too long for a company that claims to be reliable.

I usually focus on positive experiences and don't bother posting when something just falls short. But in this case, I felt it was my responsibility to share. When I give one star, it means I'm not just disappointed, I'm genuinely frustrated and angry as a customer.
I wouldn’t have written this review if that was the only problem, but soon after installation, I started receiving relentless sales calls from what sounds like an overseas call center—trying to sell me services I never asked for. It’s constant, intrusive, and completely unnecessary.

Technicians working on another home on my street disconnected my service. After spending hours on the phone, they said they have no responsibility to fix any outages not related to their work order. I spoke to the technician who confirmed this all with me as well. There is no way to contact the technician to fix any issues another work order may cause to your home, you are completely, SoL
