First time ordering from this location and definitely the last. The quality of the cookies were HORRIBLE! Cookies were damaged and missing decorations, also EXTREMELY undercooked causing my child to become sick. I contacted the store in regards to the issues I had, I was on hold for over 20 minutes and the store manager lacked compassion. Opposed to her trying to rectify the issue or show some type of concern she brushed off my concerns and issue and stated “ I’ve been here all day and there was nothing wrong with you order; so um yeah your child did not become sick from our cookies and we decorate all of our cookies the same. So um yeah” I will NEVER support nor return to this location! I much rather go to Crumbl Norwalk or even Fairfield, where the customer service is top tier as well as the quality of...

When first coming to this location, I appreciated the staff and their willingness to make sure your experience is phenomenal! As of lately, there has been a heavier set gentleman with glasses and shorts who’s been giving us a hard time with our cookies, questions, and request if needed. He’s given us cookies with no toppings (multiple times) and when asked to correct , he rudely denies. As a pink status member, and a regular customer to this location.
