I am very disappointed with the way I felt while at this cold stone. When I walked into the store- there was one young lady assisting a women with her three young children. I patiently waited. As I was waiting, a second young lady walked in from the back with a box. Placed it on the counter and continue to do whatever it is she was doing. A third young lady walked out and was walking back and forth . Eventually she assisted me. As the first young lady wrapped up the customer, I was still waiting. Neither of the other ladies acknowledged me. Again, I patiently waited. When the first young lady finished with the customer - she proceeded to do something else. To include do another ice cream - and finish- which I later found out it was for herself. How do I know this? Once my ice cream was finally started and then completed, the first young lady was struggling with the register to ring herself out. I looked at the register and can see the employee discount applied to the transaction. There is no valid reason, or anything that can justify leaving me wait - WITHOUT at the very least acknowledging me. I cannot help but mention the only difference between the first customer and myself is our skin color. Further more, I will note it is also the same difference between myself and the workers at your location. Very disappointing to say the least. I am bringing this up to your attention, because I would hate for another customer to feel the way I felt today. A simple acknowledgement is all that is needed. I am still a person. Read morei ordered a cake online and went into the store for pick up where one of the two men were on the phone and i had to greet the other one since he was just STARING at me. I get home and realize I have the wrong cake... no big deal it's just a cake. THAT IS UNTIL your DISRESPECTFUL staff called my phone. He was so astronomically rude I had to take the time to write this. He proceeded to inform me that I had picked up the wrong cake. which i respond, okay well that's fine i cannot come back to the store- i already am home and still have to get to the party i was attending. he then started to inform me that i asked for the wrong cake, and stated, that I said strawberry shortcake was mine, but I ordered the passion cake? All very true, BUT i do NOT work there! I don't know the name of ONE thing on your menu. I told the man that that is HIS fault- i didn't go to the back to get the cake YOU did. I gave you my first and last name- that should have been enough. This worker of yours had the AUDACITY to raise his voice at me and that is when i told him that it's HIS fault he grabbed the wrong cake- it was HIS problem, and HE needed to fix it. OMG we ordered chocolate pistachio banana and mint chocolate chip ice creams. They tasted a bit artificial but they were average, I could feel they were not like before. Well yesterday evening we all had the worst stomachaches we have ever experienced. My kids got SICK too and took a while to put them in bed after trying to make them feel better. I checked the ingredients online and they are ALL so ARTIFICIAL, the pistachio ice cream even contains ethanol and NO pistachios at all!
