Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Stamford

It does not take a half an hour to get from the Domino's store to my home, especially not late at night. I only live 2 miles away from the location I ordered from. I am incredibly dissatisfied with my Domino's experience today. The Pizza tracker said that Kazi left the store at 12:50 and I had to call the store at 1:25 am just to confirm that my order was in the process of being delivered. Not only this, but the "quality check" for my order also lasted about 15 minutes, and this was before it was even out for delivery. I don't understand how food can be checked for 15 minutes and still arrive in the condition my food arrived in. It was barely edible. I have never had such awful food from Domino's before. And on top of everything my order was incorrect!! I am a loyal customer. My friends and I order food from Domino's all the time and this is the first time I've had problems like these. If I could leave a negative star rating I would. I placed an order at 6:31pm at 7:05 the app said my pizza had been delivered which it was not. After calling several times - at least 15 times, we went to the store. The workers were super rude, and oblivious to what I was saying telling me my food was delivered to me. After explaining several time it was not they remade my order. I forgot my wallet there. I called the next morning they said yes an employee found it. I went to pick it up and who ever found my wallet had taken my rent money ($1,550) from my wallet. I asked who found it and they said an employee I asked if they had cameras because money was missing and the driver got super red in the face and said no, I told him I was going to call the police, he said he was calling the owner and proceeded to yell at me “call he police we don’t have cameras anyways” with a smirk on his face. The pizza is good but the people who answer are annoying you have to repeat everything you say 5 times and one time my brother told them my phone number and they kept getting it wrong so then my brother asked them if they could repeat the number to him and all they said was, “ Oh phone number yeah we got that- okay bye bye” so my brother called them again telling them they got his phone number wrong and if they could please repeat to him so he could see if they got it wrong they again proceeded to say , “ yeah we got the phone number it’s okay we’ll call you okay bye!” So when they finally came they kept calling the wrong number but luckily my brother timed the arrival of the pizza correctly and went outside.
