Want to start off... I know there was only ONE employee working. Didn't think anything of it. My daughters went to order...They asked for a frozen chocolate and two muffins (one blueberry & one chocolate) It was a treat for them because it was a Friday and we all were a bit hungry. We got our order, both of my daughters surprised there was no whipped cream. They said it just tasted like water and chocolate. The frozen chocolate was really chunky too. (I wont blame the employee for the whipped cream mistake because my daughters obviously didn't specify.) We went back into the car. my daughter ate the chocolate chip muffin. The muffin was VERY rough might have been sitting at this dunkin donuts for DAYS. The inside was also hard and not enjoyable. we didn't have a good experience here. Never Again! I suggest new management and more employees that actually restock their old hard sweets into...

This poor fellow in front of me ordered a bagel toasted, they took an emphatically long time to start his order and than proceeded to burn his bagel beyond recognition. I mean seriously that thing looked a brick that had gone through a five alarm fire. Not only did it look like one, he tapped it on the counter and it sounded like one. Any decent employee would go wow yeah that’s not edible, not these guys. They told him it was lightly toasted and to order a new one or get out. Read moreSAID the manager was beyond rude when he approached the table I had just sat on to tell me there was a maximum of 20min sitting at a table, so he wouldn’t loose business. He saw me take out my computer, which must have triggered him to his defensive behavior, and as a paying customer (I had purchased a drink), his unwelcoming behavior made him not only loose a customer (I will never come back here because of him), but it triggered for me to write this negative review.
