We recently had the pleasure of having our corporate event at Hudson Table and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. This culinary haven exceeded all my expectations in terms of food, service, and atmosphere.

The menu at Hudson Table offers a diverse range of delectable dishes that cater to various taste preferences. Each dish was expertly prepared with the finest ingredients, showcasing the culinary skills and creativity of the talented chefs.

The service at Hudson Table was impeccable. The staff members were attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. They were more than happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions we had about the menu. The entire team ensured that our dining experience was smooth, seamless, and truly memorable.

The ambiance of Hudson Table is warm, inviting, and perfect for a memorable dining experience. The open kitchen concept allows guests to witness the chefs in action, adding an extra element of excitement to the meal. The attention to detail in the decor and the comfortable seating arrangements contribute to a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

Overall, I highly recommend Hudson Table to anyone seeking an exceptional culinary adventure. Whether you're looking for a romantic date night, a gathering with friends, or simply a memorable dining experience, this place has it all. The combination of delicious food, top-notch service, and inviting ambiance will leave you craving for more. I can't wait to return to Hudson Table and explore their...

I recently celebrated my birthday at Hudson Table with a private cooking class party, and it was truly one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the staff—Brian, Zoe, and Michelle—were absolutely phenomenal.

They treated my friends, family, and me with such warmth, kindness, and care. We felt so welcomed and at ease the entire time. Brian, our lead chef, was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also patient, funny, and down-to-earth. He guided us through every step of the process as we made everything from appetizers to three different handmade pasta dishes and dessert, all from scratch! Making fresh pasta together was such a fun and unique experience, and something none of us will forget.

Zoe went above and beyond to make the atmosphere perfect. she made sure the playlist I requested was playing throughout the event, which added such a personal touch. Michelle was also amazing, so thorough and supportive as we navigated the recipes, and just as kind and patient as the rest of the team.

I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. If you’re considering a cooking class party for a birthday or any special occasion, Hudson Table is the place to go. It’s fun, interactive, delicious, and made even better by the incredible people who work there. I’m already thinking about when I can...

Preface: I did not attend an event but had dealings with the management. I had purchased a hands-on cooking class for my 6-year anniversary with my wife. About 4-5 days after my purchase, my father fell, had brain surgery, and his prognosis was poor and ended in hospice. I wrote to them 4 days before the event about my situation and even offered to provide proof since I had to fly to Florida and I know their policy states no refunds. I was greeted with an analogy of them being similar to a Broadway concert while they would relist my tickets and would refund me 90% of the $286 (including $26 tip) if the tickets sold, but they did not sell. While I can understand food cost and paying to prevent a loss to the business, it did not cost 260 for food alone, especially missing 2 participants. I haven't even been offered a $26 tip refund, which for me highlights their lack of decency. I don't doubt they have nice events and good food, but the management is what should make you question your patronage to this business. Update: After emailing them requesting my tip back they decided it would be better to ignore me. Which just further solidifies how horrible their customer...

November's over, so here are the top 3 places I ate as a foodie content creator this month, and if you're new here, I'm JBit Vlogs, and I make daily videos about foodie finds and local spotlights in the tristate area. Number 3 is @Glazed Over Donuts @Glazed Over Donuts in Beacon, NY. This little shop has won awards for their super customizable made-to-order mini donuts, and I make it a point to always come here when I'm in the area. Number 2 is @elmstreetdiner in Norwalk, CT, which is probably the most viral diner in the country. I was blessed enough to celebrate this location's one year anniversary with Dave from @thedamtok , and there is a reason this restaurant is always blowing up on socials. From pancake platters to chicken alfredo garlic bread to a cinnamon toast crunch cheesecake French toast tower, this place is THE cheat day plan. And number 1, is @Hudson Table in Stamford, CT, which is easily the most unique dining experience I've ever had. You basically watch, eat, and judge a live chef competition, where two chefs are given a list of mystery ingredients that they then have a limited amount of time to prepare for you. I came to celebrate my anniversary with my partner, and we're already thinking about going back. But as we enter December, I need way more recommendations for food in the tristate area, so tag your favorite restaurant down in the comments below, and be sure to follow the page for more foodie finds and local spotlights :) #top3 #food #best #november #ct

My boyfriend got me a cooking class as a gift here and it was so much fun! The class we signed up for was a four course meal, including Zuppa Toscana, Gnudi Pomodoro, Pollo Milanese, and Nutella Bomboloni. Not only did they teach us how to make these recipes, but also some general kitchen etiquette and techniques, so we really felt like (somewhat) professionals by the end of the class. It was an intimate class, only us and one other couple so we were able to work together to prepare the food rather quickly. The food turned out delicious. They also have a wine, beer and cocktail menu to order from. To go containers were provided as well because it is a lot of food made! I highly recommend a class — they told us they host birthday parties, as well as competition for other chefs that you could attend and judge too.
