The server girl- Anna is very rude and dismissive -I went and ordered the drink I always order- a Vanilla Iced latte, and instead of admitting she made a mistake by making my order incorrectly, she attempted to say that I ordered a drink I NEVER order. Her attitude was unacceptable and combative and either she does not understand english, can't hear clearly - does not know how to make coffee drinks or assumed I did not know the difference between latte and cold brew. Needless to say, I asked for my money back and felt safer going across the street to Starbucks where I am know I will at least get a good cup of coffee. and BTW my friend who joined me later, ordered a cup of hot chocolate and I told her not to got to her - and she did. Wonderful espresso, baked goods, and top notch decor, comfort, and vibes. Perfectly located with easy access from local lodging and hotels. Staff were friendly, and handling an overwhelming number of tasks (likely understaffed) very professionally. I definitely recommend this place as a very good brew, eclectic Cafe!
