Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Starkville

It said online that my pizza would be ready in 40-50 minutes. Nearly 2 hours later I still didn't have my pizza. I called dominos and Latasha told me that the delivery driver hadn't picked it up yet. My pizza had been prepped baked and quality checked by 1:59 yet by 3:22 no had even taken it out to deliver it. By the time I get it I have an old cold pizza. I asked her why after it had been baked nearly an hour and a half ago it wasn't even on its way to my house. She said "we only have 2 people working and it's really busy." So I said "don't quote me an hour if you can't make it within that time range. It has taken nearly twice that long. Can't you call and let someone know what's going on?" If you are busy then have more than 2 people at work. I don't understand why I have to pay about $25 for pizza and then wait almost 2 hours and still get nothing. So now my order is cancelled because my boyfriend was going to eat pizza before work. Now that we have no pizza he has gone to work an 8 hour shift on an empty stomach. Never ordering dominos again. There's plenty of better pizza...

I ordered last night to be delivered to be followed immediately by a phone call informing me they were not delivering so I could cancel or come get it. I canceled as it was late and I wasn't going to wake my son up to go get it. Why they didn't just turn delivery off I have no idea. Today I placed an order for pickup since I didn't know if they were delivering or not, since the app took forever to load I ended up off work, picked my kid up from daycare and in the parking lot at dominos before I could finally place the order. I opted for car delivery since I was already there. 10 minutes after my order said it was done I called them to see what the hold up was and was informed to pull around to the window. If I wanted drive thru I would have chose that. It wasn't raining or anything so no idea why they weren't doing car side delivery. Did they honor the 2 minute guarantee for the car side delivery or you get a free pizza,...

This place is freaking horrible. I ordered a pizza with alfredo sauce chicken and bacon to be delivered not only was there uncooked chicken on the pizza but part of dough was raw. And the manager was completely unprofessional. Calling me and gripping at me for the amount of cash i had to give the delivery person. Keep in mind it was only $10 more. Whats a gal suppose to do if thats all she had. She was like u had to much money for the delivery person. You need to make sure you have exact amount. I have never had an experience like this with a dominoes them again im from georgia and we are kinder where im from in georgia.. I would recommend...
