The bread was hard and the sandwich just wasn't good. Another time, I ordered online and picked my sandwiches up and both sandwiches was missing condiments. Called and told them about it and they told me they was out of those condiments. Didn't bother to tell me when I picked up my order that my order wasn't correct. I told them I wanted to speak to a manager but the manager wasn't there so I said I would call the next day. They called me back and stated I could bring the sandwiches back and they could make new sandwiches the same way cuz there out of the condiments I wanted. My question is why didn't yall call me the first time and tell me about my order instead of waiting until I bought up management. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. The back of the store, the part customers never see, is particularly bad -- there's a gigantic amount of room at the back of this location that the owner of the building won't allow Subway to use, and he has it quarantined with a wall and a door that does not open.
The employees have to wash dishes and prep food in a space that might pass for a messy hallway. Also, there's no fire escape. Isn't that against building codes?
I believe this location is used to separate good employees from the bad; the good employees move on to the other locations (911 Hwy 12 and 389). Thus, those locations are generally cleaner and more pleasant...

They closed at 10pm. I thought this was fine, as Iām not the type to arrive 5 minutes before closing. Upon walking in, the workers complained about us being there and locked the door behind us, saying āI donāt care who reports me, Iām locking this doorā.
