Starbucks — Restaurant in State College

The locations is perfect. The problem is that their staffs are not so professional, since I have a lot of times my coffee messed up by them, either using the wrong milk or missed the sweetener. I could understand that most of them are students in the university and they are not experienced and this is not their full-time job, so it is ok, but objectively speaking the Starbucks in downtown are much better than this one, and this one is too small to hold the huge crowds during a semester. I as an ex-partner hate to leave this review. I truly, truly do hate to do so, but I have to be direct in my feedback. I came in during a break between classes and the staffing was not reflective of how busy it is. Furthermore, the person working the frappuchino bar was trained horribly. I watched him take extremely long to make the simplest drinks, messing up the steps and clearly forgetting ingredients until the last minute. This Starbucks is not like the others. The employees here always seem to be genuinely upbeat and it gives the place a good vibe. Being in the middle of a college campus I have seen this place with a line that is at least a hundred people long yet I always manage to get through the line in what seems like an incredibly small time period.
