I ordered a graduation card that said, "Penn State Grad" for our daughter who recently attained her master's degree. The card arrived with the envelope bent in half, and therefore, the contents bent in half. There was no stamped message "DO NOT BEND". Nor was there a piece of cardboard or anything to keep it from bending. Obviously, if I order a card from a great distance, it's important to me. Obviously, if I make a call, I would like the situation remedied; however, this was not obvious to these people. I was told: We find if we put fragile on anything UPS destroys it! Read moreI have visited a few times before, but yesterday I brought my service dog in-training for the first time and the staff were extremely kind. I ended up asking the one of the managers if there was a spot where I could fill my water bottle for my dog, and she offered to fill it for me.
She came back because my bottle wouldn't fit under the faucet, but brought me a plastic water bottle as well so I could still give my dog some water outside when I was done shopping.

They also carry random Penn State items like Christmas ornaments, posters, mugs, tailgating equipment, etc. There are only some items that are a reasonable price. Although they do have a good selection of hats. The best part about this store by far is the TEXTBOOKS! Their prices are generally lower than the Hub Bookstore. Renting is usually the best way to go.
