I have had 3 extremely negative encounters here lately. The first, I put in a mobile order for the drive thru and waited in line 40 minutes. When I got to the order window, I let them know I had a mobile order. They told me it was not ready (even though it was supposed to be ready 45 minutes prior) and that I would have to park and come in when it was ready (although they couldn't tell me when that would be). After waiting in line all that time, I was forced to go park and just sit and wait and check periodically to see if my order was ready. What would have been the difference if I placed my order at the window instead of ordering it in advance? It would have been ready by the time I got to the window. I cannot figure out why the case wasn't the same with an order that had been placed 45 minutes prior. So all the people in the drive thru line who had just placed an order.. they were able to get that ready in a matter of minutes and they all got their food immediately. It made absolutely no sense but I got my order over an hour later. Then, another day, the girl working the register was extremely rude (huffing puffing talking with her hands) a major attitude when she was asking what side options were, etc. Then in another encounter with the same employee-- i asked for an extra dip and she responded "well it's not free". I explained I would be happy to pay for it and asked her to check and see if they had it because I could not order it on the app. She said she wasn't checking until I paid for it. I asked her to please check because I didn't want to pay for something that may not be available. She responded "so cash or card?" This employee is extremely rude and I am not sure how Huey Magoo's is allowing...

I put an order through door dash and went to pick it up after work , girl at the drive thru says they don't do door dash pick up through the drive thru and that I would have to come inside . I acknowledged but there were cars already behind me and I couldn't back out so I kept going. I informed the girl and she got mad and got another employee to bring me my food. I clearly heard her calling me lazy for whatever reason as I drove away. They had a truck pull forward to wait on his food and I was right behind him unable to pass because of the space and the same girl stats to yell telling me to go around him because he was waiting for his food. There I am yelling back at her that I can't because I can't fit. This went on for like 2-3 times. And finally she tells the truck to go to the front so I can pass. All I wanted to do was get some food after a long day at work. If they weren't allowing pick up orders through the drive through then there should be signs somewhere. How else would...

Went to eat it in our car and took a couple bites of my sandwich and got stabbed in my mouth later to find out it was a tooth pick. It was side ways not up and down.sideways threw one bun, it was pushed completely inside the bun you couldn’t see it! This was our very first time here today and very disappointed and will be the last time.the tooth pick cut open my mouth and was spitting a lot of blood out, finally got the bleeding under control and went inside to the the manager on duty and explained what happened and she said that’s how we do it.
