McDonald's — Restaurant in Statesboro

I inquired about a McDouble Cheeseburger (Sandwich Only Price) and a 10 Piece Chicken McNuggets with 2 BBQ Sauces with no drink. The Clerk told me the Double Cheeseburger was cheaper because I ordered McNuggets also. ( Some kind of Dollar off 2 items deal ) Well first the Double Cheeseburger was higher in price than the McDouble Cheeseburger I realized after the fact . When finding the receipt by almost 2 bucks and there was no $1 off for purchasing the 2 items together on the receipt. To top things off I saw her grab 2 BBQ Sauces to put in a bag ( My bag I thought as they were not busy on the inside where I ordered at the counter ) I walk all the way out to my vehicle , I'm a Senior with Disabilities and dig in my bag and there's not any BBQ Sauce in the bag. Then I had to walk all the way back in and tell her what I was missing. She said she must have put the BBQ sauces in a bag for the Drive Thru by mistake. * I also questioned her about the Double Cheeseburger being higher in price than the McDouble ( Sandwich only ) and the $1 off for 2 items deal not being deducted and she just looked at me and went to the back like she didn't hear me. After 5 minutes of waiting . I had to leave as I had somewhere I had to be. So it wasn't a lot but there was no one else in the lobby or at the counter and one young lady in the lobby on her evening break having her meal. I did get my BBQ Sauces before she disappeared but her error while not rectifying it cost me an extra $3 ... And a waste of time. Also the McDouble Sandwich only Price was not reflected on the behind the counter menu... ( That's why I asked ) It only showed the price of a McDouble in...

Long lines in drive thru at night. I went inside for some reason this time and was ignored the whole time at the counter. Went to use the self service kiosk because that seems to be the only way to get service, well the screen wouldn't actually add any item to the order. After 10 minutes of being ignored, finally got someone to come to the counter, but only after she was wrapping up some Doordash pickup order. The bathroom had a lake of piss at the urinal and I had to cover up my nose with my shirt to not dry heave. I don't expect much from McDonald's period - but when you raise the prices of everything (Big Mac combo is now $9) and get even less, then that's not going to work for anyone.

edit: i had to drop my review from 2 stars down to 1 star. this place has become even more rude and incompetent. went through drive thru with a food order plus coffee. they told me to park in a spot and will bring the coffee out. i watched another car ahead of me parked on the curb also waiting for something. nobody ever came out except to fill mobile orders. i saw a person from the other car go in to finally get their food after 15+ min. i also had to go inside and the girl's answer with attitude was "well, i don't work in drive thru". finally got my coffee (had my doubts inside too) and thanked her for helping me and her response was a snide "mhmmm". kudos Mcdonalds, you got some winners here. on a separate occasion i was shorted on change and had to ask for it and they had to get a manager to even open the register. and of course i was shorted nug sauce but you knew...

Ordered a double quarter pounder meal PLAIN for my son (only meat & cheese on it, how long should that take, right?) There has rarely been a time I've ordered that and not been asked to pull forward or to park in a "pick-up" spot for someone to bring it out later. The service is the slowest and rudest! When I pulled ahead there was already a lady pulled up ahead of me next to the building, another car that had to pull up in the mobile pick up spot and then we were told to pull up into the next mobile order spot (this wasn't a mobile order, we ordered at the drive thru). While we were all waiting, yet another vehicle was told to pull up next to use and park and wait on food. We waited almost 10 mins when they came out to the car that had been parked before us and handed them their order. Then within 5 more mins someone walked out and handed the car next to us theirs and then came over to us. The 4th vehicle was still waiting. Neither of the McDonald's in Statesboro GA give fast, accurate and pleasant service on a regular basis. Most of the time, the employees have a bad attitude even before you've opened your mouth to place your order. And walking in to order has NEVER guaranteed me the correct order. I've walked in, thinking I'd not have to receive my food at the window only to see it's all wrong and park and walk back in to get it corrected. But that hasn't worked, they still leave something out even when I walk in and order.... If the food wasn't as good as it is, McDonald's would have went out of business, in some...
