This review is for the subway on Buckhead Dr. I had one of my worst visits to any subway ever tonight. I don't even know where to start. As I walked in the front door I saw trash scattered about through the restaurant. There were four customers ahead of me and one employee and she wasn't in any hurry, so it took longer then it should have for the amount of people that were in there. I go to place my order and she tells me they're out of ham, I said okay and replaced it with another meat.I ask for Italian herb and cheese bread and she tells me they're out of that too. I go to add veggies and almost everything was depleted, I ask for onions and she tells me they're frozen still. I'm grateful she told me, because that would have been a disgusting surprise. I paid for my order and noticed there were barley any potato chips, like maybe 10 to 12 bags and most were one flavor. I saw more trash at the drink station and no tea pitcher out at all, although the lid was. I don't know where the blame lies here, but it's failure on many levels. I didn't mention everything, because it was just too much and I don't have that kind of time. I really wish they would get it together. I have been a subway fan for many years and this is the closest one to my house and convenient on...
Read moreCustomer service was terrible!! After I got home, I realized the top of my bread was not fresh. I went back to the store and requested fresher bread. While another sub was about to be remade, I noticed ‘this’ bread was also hard. I told the worker I didn’t want this bread. She said all of the bread was the same way. I requested my refund and was told I couldn’t get a refund. I continuously asked why and no one could answer. The worker called her boss and again, I was told I couldn’t get a refund. No one ever explained why. The worker said the manager wanted my name and number. I asked for corporates number. At this time, the worker came to the cash register (while manager still on the phone), asked me how much I paid for my sub and returned my money by throwing it on the counter. The worker would not give me the store’s number also, but the other worker was glad to give to me. Corporate has been called! I give them...
Read moreWe walked into an empty store as the cashier was at the register. As we got closer to the register, the cashier literally walked away while the other lady was making a to go meal. I asked for 1 churro, and the lady started walking toward the food, just shaking her head yes. During our wait, a delivery guy came in and said "how's everybody doing today" .... neither one of the ladies responded. There was clearly some kind of hostility or animosity in the air.. The lady who heated our churro handed it to the other lady who was in the middle of a to go transaction. She asked if she had rang us up, and she shook her head no. So the one who was actually busy and working had to stop what she was doing to ring up our 1 churro. I said thank you and got no response. Needless to say, we...
