KFC — Restaurant in Statesboro

THIS PLACE WAS VERY NASTY,VERY NASTY!!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT I WAS SEEING!!, IN THE SEATING AREA,,ALL THE TABLES WERE LEFT DIRTY, THE BOOTHS LOOKED LIKE THEY NEVER BEEN CLEANED, I REALLY DONT THINK THEY HAVE BECAUSE, AS I was ready to sat down to wait on our food order,there was some FOOD PARABLES and STICKY items ALL over THE SEATS,,I tried to clean it,and couldn't it was glued to the seats,as I looked around I found that ALL THE BOOTHS WERE THAT WAY, I couldn't wipe none of the seats with A wet napkins and get any of it off,AND AS I was trying to clean them,,A Black filthy substance was trying to come off,THEN I notice all down the front of all the booths had the same kind of substance,I tried the same thing( wipe them) because my legs had to rest upon them,I never felt so dirty eating at a place like I did here,SO I ASKED FOR A GOOD HOT CLEAN RAG TO CLEAN THE SPOT where I would be sitting,(AND GOT A RESPONSE OF, WHAT IS A HOT CLEAN RAG AND SOME CLEANER( KIND-OF-LOOK)(like she didn't know what I was talking about,,now listen people thats VERT BAD. THEY ARE ONLY WIPING DOWN the top surface WITH a cold RAG and WITH OUT any cleaner. MANAGER listen you need to go in and train these good workers to CLEAN your restaurant like it's thier homes,clean the booths seats and ALL DOWN THE FRONT ALSO with hot water and some bleach,cause that's the only way YOU'RE going to get that stuff off,I own a restaurant and I know how it's supposed to be ran and KEPT clean I'm only trying to help you !!,,not hurt you!!, because THE way you run and clean your restaurant, reflects on What kind of person YOU are,,,go in TOMORROW and NOT just look around on the TOP surface really get closer and look at it and you will see what I'm talking...

I went thru the drive thru to order. The sandwich I ordered had to be remade because it had mayonnaise on it. While it was being remade I was asked to pull to the front of the store to wait. While waiting I watched two employees that prepare food run their fingers through their hair. As I continued to watch, neither employee washed their hands nor did they wear a pair of gloves as they continued to prepare food. I spent $24 on 2 meals and After witnessing this I was unable to eat my food. If I ever decide to go there again I won’t even worry about making a purchase if the employees aren’t wearing gloves and hair nets. Eating out is to expensive to have to worry about someone’s hygiene habits and whether or not they maybe passing something on. I’d have asked for a refund if I’d felt confident that I...

Went in last night with the family and the experience wasn’t so good.

First our order was taken wrong. I went back to the counter to fix it before they even started getting it ready and stood there for over 5 minutes before anyone noticed me.

A manager fixed the order and I went back to sit back down.

The place was not that busy. There were only two other tables with people at them. The other tables sat down at the same time as us. They not only got their food before us but finished and left before we got ours.

Our daughter went up to ask for sauce for her nuggets. When she got to the counter she waited a while before she started waving both her arms in the air and constantly saying excuse me to get their attention.

This may have been an off night but this is not the same service we usually...
