I would give zero stars if I could! The staff need some serious correcting and training on hospitality and how to treat customers. I arrived and parked in a stall, and checked in on the app. The stall brought my name up on the screen, and soon after displayed "Maureen is on the way with your order." About 10 minutes passed and nobody ever came with the order. I pressed the button and someone said "drive thru only." I explained the situation and that I never received my order but realized they cut the mic off. I pressed the button again and got the same "drive thru only." I kept trying to make contact with them to speak to me, but got more and more attitude with each response. It took forever to finally get to the drive thru speaker, where the same voice was very argumentative and kept speaking over me. I ultimately said I had been waiting over 30 minutes for my food and at that point just wanted a refund. When I got to the window, I was greeted by a different person who seemed very sweet. She asked what I had, and I told her I had a mobile order, but at this point I would just like a refund. The person behind the voice and the mics came to the window and handed me a receipt, saying that was the refund. I asked where it was on the receipt showing the refund, as I could not see it. She began yelling at me out of the window, and I ultimately drove off. In the end, I wasted over 45 minutes trying to get my food or a refund and get out. The lack of respect shown tonight by this individual was insane. One last little positive - the refund was already pending on my account by the time I got home. Definitely cannot...

NEGATIVE STARS first off. whoever took my order was extremely rude. i come here once a week and have never had this bad of service. i always order buffalo sauce on the side for my nuggets for 50 cents. well for starters this lady literally kept telling me no they do not have buffalo sauce. just wing sauce? like yes i know that. hints the reason i order it on the side. but then to top it all off. i get my food and it looks like this. nuggets are hard as a brick. and what onion rings. this is just pancake batter. i also was not done ordering before she just hung up on me after the sauce situation. so when my food came out and i noticed my sauce was not in there i pushed the button again. and was told it would be 1.50 for a side of sauce. (NEVER has it been that much) also was not allowed to use my card to pay for it. it “had to be cash” i am sure it was pocketed for the “inconvenience”. but when i handed them a 20 for my 1.50 sauce i was only given back 18.24 so they also do not know how to give change back apparently. did not receive a receipt either. literally threw all our food in the trash it was so bad and went to KFC. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 4 chili cheese coneys and 2 large strawberry limeades. When the server brought out my order I asked for napkins due to the drink running down both cups. She just stared at me. Then brought out 3 napkins when I asked for extra napkins to wipe off the cups. When I opened the coneys the hotdogs (all 4) were not covered with chili and cheese. I requested to have an adequate amount to at least cover the hotdogs in which a different server came out. Then she took them in and a different server came out stating “If you want extra you have to pay for it.” My response was “Ive ordered numerous coneys and they have the entire hotdog covered. I don’t want extra.” She looked as if I was speaking a language she didn’t understand. I asked for my money back. Her response was “that’s fine” with an attitude.
