I have visited many Chick Fil A across the country and have not had many if any negative things to say about any of them. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A it is one of my favorite restaurants. However my experience at Chick-fil-A of Statesville was absolutely horrid and by far the worst I have ever had. Im from out of town about 2 hours away. When I visited this store not only did it take me 10 + minutes just to get my food ordered but the employee seemed unhappy and didn't make me feel welcome at all, like I usually am at a chick-fil-a. it took another five minutes for my food to arrive to my table. When it did my fries were cold my grilled wrap had rotten cabbage in it and they had forgotten my dressing. I also left my wallet sitting on the table by mistake when I left. When I got home and realized this i immediately called them and told them I would come and retrieve it the next morning. But the women I talked to said that they would send it to me and save me the trouble of driving to get it. She assured me they would have it in the mail by morning and it would be on my doorstep within a couple of days. however this did not happen. Four days later when it still had not arrived I called again to make sure that they had sent it. Turns out the woman who told me she would send it hadn't, she had gone out of town and failed to follow up in sending it. So they then told me they would overnight it and it would be here the following day. Once again this did not happen. In total it took them a week to send what would have only taken me couple hours to do myself. I'm not one to complain about alot and I take responsibility for leaving it there. However not following through on your word is just unacceptable. And the food and service was not of normal Chick-fil-A quality either. I'm seriously disappointed in...
Read moreIt has always been a great experience to come that here to eat. It was a Great service and wonderful food. But yesterday 03/24/2023 wasn't too good. It was around 9pm and I got my food the fries were cold and not just a few in there so I just let that go. Then when I refilled my drink the young man just looked over my head, talking with a bunch of friends if his that was leaving. I had to say something before he would refill my drink and mind you it was no one in line at this time so that was not the issue. Then during my drink refill a young girl customer came up and he immediately stopped what he was doing to get her stuff but with me I was in the back burner. Not a very good experience at all. Then how I was treated I was going to take my dad some food home as I was leaving. I kept thinking about it so when I was leaving I decided just to go through the drive thru to get dad's food. Then the whole time waiting for my food a young girl and a young boy were complaining the whole time about saying (MY PLEASURE) then came over to give my food a different tone. I know they say it a lot and I understand that part. In my opinion there needs to be more training on how to treat the customers or just anyone you come across because everyone needs to be treated with respect. Maybe they need to be trained not just to say it is MY PLEASURE all the time but to be real and nature if being polite. Sounds like a recorder being played and not real so from that point of view I do understand that more than the young man inside treating me disrespectfully just because of his friends being there. Read moreTwo weeks ago I order a # 1 chick - fil- a sandwich combo with a large Arnold Palmer to drink for my lunch at work. I was surprised how dry my sandwich was and it look as though it had been soaked in grease. I immediately called and the manager , She told me that I could come back and they would replace my meal. I told her that this would be impossible today due to work. She suggested to me that she could send me a coupon instead. I gave her my address and name so I could go whenever I had time to replace my order. Well four days goes by, No coupon had been mailed, So I once again call the store, I spoke with a lady named Ashley, I explained what had occurred the week before she spoke with her manager and the manager told her that she would put it in the mail and I should receive it by Friday. Friday's here and there's no coupon. So I called the store again. Angry because my lunch was messed up due to the dried up chicken sandwich two weeks ago and lies were being told about coupons being sent out to me, Also Chick fil refuse to only replace my sandwich after all I had gone through. But now that was told to come to the restaurant and get my sandwich but if I wanted the combo I would have to pay for the sides.
