McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Stephenville

This is not the first unpleasant experience I have had with this location, but it will be the last. I placed an order online and drove for 25 minutes to pick it up. Upon arrival, I had to give them my name three different times before they could locate my order. Finally, they brought me only one bag, and I asked if they were sure everything was in it. Since I ordered for four people, I assumed there would be two bags. However, the woman assured me everything was in there and read back my order. I drove back to my office, only to discover that we were missing half of our order. HALF! I called the restaurant and was put on hold twice and spoke to three different people before they finally told me that the rest of my order was sitting on the counter. I had to drive all the way back to pick it up, which wasn't worth it. My sandwich was soggy, had only two pieces of spinach, and a sad little tomato. My husband put an online order in and we drove to the speaker box and stated his name and they told us to pull up to the window. A lady opened the window and asked for the name again, she said she couldn't find the order. I physically handed her my husband's phone so she can see the order number, his name and the time it was ready. She said great and asked us to pull into spot A which we did. We sat in the spot for at least 10 minutes which was weird because the app said it was ready 15 minutes ago. The same lady who was at the window approached our car and said she couldn't find our order.
