I come here almost everyday because this subway is on my way home from work and never have a problem. I always have Polo or this other sweet guy I forgot his name but he said he was Romanian. Tonight however me and my sister come in after church, and two ladies come to help us one of them was helping me and the other one was helping my sister. My sister simply asked for the chicken to be heated and then the sandwich to be toasted. The worker repeated what my sister said and my sister repeated herself just to make sure there was an understanding. The worker than responded with rudely stating “that’s what I said” and started mumbling under her breath. I then told her we didn’t want her to make the sandwich and that we wanted the lady that was making mine to make hers. I honestly thought she was going to spit in it because she was so rude. Then she said NO NO ONE IS GOING TO MAKE ANYTHING FOR YOU. I was astounded. I asked to speak to the manager and she said SHE WAS THE MANAGER. I asked for her name and she didn’t give it to me. I asked for corporate and she didn’t give it to me. I was so confused as to how they could have someone so rude as their manager. It makes sense because every-time I come in everyone working seems so unhappy and complain about mistreatment.I don’t understand why this establishment gets rid of the good hardworking ones and keeps the lazy, rude ones. I’m very disheartened because I would come here all the time with no problem and now I will never come here again nor let anybody I know support this establishment as long as people like her are...
Read moreThe subs? Typical Subway fare, made to the usual standards. There's nothing particular that stands out about this store, one of the 24-hour locations, until you've been going there for awhile. Then the pattern becomes obvious: in the evening hours, the manager or owner of this location frequently schedules only a single employee for a shift. Tonight was no different: there was one, young, pregnant gal running the store, which was operating both the restaurant lobby as well as the drive-through. She looked like she was being run ragged, and I felt sorry for her. On another occasion, earlier in the winter of 18/19, I pulled up to the drive-through and was talking with a 30-something young man who was working his first shift. He told me that he wasn't going to last long there; the manager had wanted to schedule him to run the store by himself on his first night! I commented that his experience didn't sound like a good sign of a job he wanted to keep, and he agreed wholeheartedly.
Long, long waits prevail here. People sometimes leave the drive-through line even after placing their order and paying for it (there is a drive-through kiosk, you order and pay electronically.)
The sad thing is that this is a relatively new location, it is located in a prime spot in the area, and it is attractively designed. I guess the owner spent all of their money on the building and didn't have anything left over to hire and schedule an adequate number of employees. The poor people working there don't deserve the treatment they get. ...
Read moreOk here we go. Went there. Went through drive through. The kiosk locked up and I had to redo my whole order. Ok fine things happen. Go to the window. Literally sit there for 20 mins. Check the time. 3 cars behind me and all I see is 1 girl. Oh wait. Another girl appears. She has her purse. It's obvious she getting ready to leave. Wouldnt you think staying to help would be cool? Naw? Ok then. But she sure made sure she got her drink. So yeah we sit 20 min. Car behind me left. We get our subs. She apologizes we leave. Get home. My fiancee's sub is the saddest thing I've ever seen. Steak and cheese. Burnt. Now mind you I did not want his toasted. I see 2 6 inch subs. Uh what? They are mine apparently. Sweet onion chicken. On white bread... I asked for italian herb and cheese. Both subs were cold. And just genuinely treated gross. She did give us the subs for free for waiting for so long. But I didnt ask for that and it sure doesnt mean my food should be this wrong. I'm very disappointed at this point. I love subway. But it always seems like the drive through a: takes forever and b: my subs are never right. I tried calling and no one would answer. I know if I call in the morning they will tell me there is nothing they can do.. should have called last night. And because I got it free I have no receipt. Not sure what to do at this point or who to call. Very bad experience. edit the girl working had her hair in a messy bun... very messy. No...
