BoBabes Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Stevens Point

Ordering is quick and easy via the kiosk, which even recommended an egg tart to go with my taro boba. The options for items and how they're made are extensive (very much to my liking, as one can choose the sugar amount in the tea), and I got my order quickly. The people working here are friendly, inclusive, and confident in their product given how low the prices are and how tasty the items are for the cost. The two gender-neutral bathrooms are a plus for me and any fellow LGBTQ+ individuals, as well.

A couple things I find iffy are the high music volume and small amount of seating. Additionally, I took my scooter to the place and found there are no bike racks with which to park it, and I have suggested to one of the employees that they get one for anyone else who might bike or scoot here. Napkins would be nice to have as well, because I spilled a bit of my tea when I put my straw through the lid and had to go into a bathroom to get a paper towel.

I heard too many good things about BoBabes to just complain. It is indeed some of the best boba tea I had yet, and a nice option for anyone in Stevens Point or the area. Definitely worth giving...

Super excited to have a bubble tea place in town. Pros: super friendly staff and atmosphere, fast services - I ordered a couple of drinks on the app on a weekday, and my drinks were ready in less than 10mins. The menu has a variety of flavors, different from other bubble tea places I've been to. Props to creativity. Looking forward to more flavors in the futures. Also, hoping you guys would consider adding crystal boba, too. They don't get hard like the tapioca overnight. Cons: the drinks are a bit too sweet for me. I've tried normal and less sweet, and they basically taste the same. I can't finish the drink because of how sweet it is. Also, I'm used to ordering boba drinks to have tapioca pearls in them. But here you have to add each additional item you want in- which in turn makes the drinks a little bit more expensive. If you don't read the description carefully, you may not get your pearls. This place is beyond phenomenal!!!!!! I love how they offer substitutions for people who are sensitive to lactose or have other dietary restrictions. They are extremely generous with their portions as well. I’ve never had waffle balls before and the misubi ones were amazing!!!! Definitely my new little treaty treat place! 🫶❤️

4/3 Update: I’ve been to this place twice since my review. I haven’t tried any other drinks because I’m love with the Peaches and Cream drink. But!!! I have tried some other food options, the misubi and brisket bowls are amazing!!!! The Kewpie mayo they use really adds a flavor pow to the bowls. I also tried one of their cookies, specifically the Tiramisu Mascarpone cookie. The cookie itself has a little crunch, but is also still soft and chewy. The Tiramisu frosting is really good too!
