Taco Bell — Restaurant in Stevens Point

This is the worst taco bell location you can possibly go to. First, it is always disgustingly dirty. I went into the bathroom to find a pad on the floor and when I came back 3 weeks later, it was still there. Second, the workers are very rude and will get angry with you when you ask for your drink. The wait for food is often 10-15 minutes even when you place a mobile order. I ordered a taco without tomatoes (As I am allergic), when I opened it there was tomatoes. When I went up to the counter to ask for a new one, and I had to wait for 5 minutes for an employee to talk to me (I ended up just yelling into the kitchen). I explained the situation and the employee just said, "What do you want me to do" and walked away. My last experience at this taco bell was when I went there around 1:00 A.M and went through the drive through as the lobbies are closed. My friends and I waited 30 minutes behind a car at the screens and eventually just left as the line was not moving. We went up to the car to ask how long they had been there and there wasn't a person in the car, and it wasn't even running. This Taco Bell is honestly the most disgusting fast-food place I have ever been in, the employees are incredibly rude, and the food is normally cold. Do not go here.

The food was what I expected, but there were several things wrong with my experience at this store. There were no napkins in the dining area. They were very short on sauce packets. When I went to order my food there was no one at the counter to take my order so I had to use the kiosk next to the counter (which in itself was not a terrible experience, but you still need a person at the counter). After I ate I used the restroom; in the restroom the one automatic soap dispenser was not functioning and there were no paper towels in the one automatic paper towel dispenser. I left the restroom and was going to talk to a manager, and still there was no one at the counter to talk to. I called the store after leaving and talked to the manager to tell him about my experience. He said they were a bit short staffed and they going to "get on it". Don't get me wrong, though - this is Taco Bell I'm talking about. I don't have super high expectations, but I do have some minimal expectations, like making sure the people making the food can properly wash and dry their hands after using the toilet. Short-handed or not, these basics are the bare minimum you should be able to expect from...

I have been coming to this Taco Bell for 5 years, and this year is by far the worst year I’ve ever experienced at this particular location. I am not even exaggerating, every time I’ve gone to this Taco Bell for the past six months, everytime they have messed up our order, forgetting sour cream, napkins, sauces, completely forgetting beans and meat. And tonight... tonight we went through the drive through and ordered nachos bell grande, and 2 cheese Gordita crunches add sour cream and add beans to 1. Not only did they forget the beans and put a stingy amount of beef in there, they didn’t put beef on the nachos at all, only beans. Apon acknowledging this going back through the drive through they told us “oh sorry we forgot to tell you that we’re out of beef” you’re Taco Bell and you’re out of beef? So you just thought to make our items that have beef in them without beef without telling us? What kind of operation are you guys running in this location.
