I ordered 4 pizzas on a saturday night. They arrived and the middle was raw. They were way undercooked. I called the store but it forwarded me to corporate. I spoke to someone there and they said they would connect me with the store. After 2 minutes on hold I was sent back to coprorate and we did this hold transfer loop for 10 minutes before someone at corporate realized the local store had a problem with their phone. Since they couldn't talk to the store or do anything for me they took all my order and personal info and said they would give it to the regional manager so he could contact me. 6 days went by and I didn't hear anything so I contacted corporate again. They told me that the manager wrote in the case notes that he contacted me the following Monday at 6:31am and that I told him i would accept store credit. This obviously never happened. Who would make a business call at 6:31am???? I told corporate that it was complete lie and that I wanted a resolution for this or that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. Here we are another 6 days later and they still haven't contacted me. They have both my phone number and email address. At this point I don't have any option but to dispute the charge with my credit card company which I have now done. This isn't only terrible customer service, it's completely unethical to just lie and say they talked to me when they clearly did not. By 4:30 my pizza still hadn't been delivered so I called, the person I spoke to stated they were just now putting it in the oven and it should be delivered by 5. I called again at 5:38 and the person I spoke with said the pizza was never put in and there was no record of me speaking with someone. She then stated I should put in a new order and they would get on it right away. I told her after 3 and a half hours I will be ordering from Domino's because their service is ridiculous. Read moreHadn't ordered from here in several years, but wanted to give it a try again. Thankfully, they have gotten back to what I used to expect from Pizza Hut. Ordered twice in past couple of weeks. I ordered from the website; simple, self explanatory process, easily found the specials. Both times was pleased with everything. Delivery was great, driver very patient with me. Really like the delivery tracker that tells me when they're on the way. Means the driver doesn't have to wait for me to get to the door. Pizza was really good. Had pasta 2nd time and it was as good as I remember it. Arrived a lot quicker than I expected, too. Food was very hot when it arrived, both times. Only complaint... I wish they didn't put the bread sticks, that comes with the pasta, directly on the cardboard box. A wax paper liner would keep them from drying out so quickly. I won't be waiting so long to get...
