Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stevens Point

The staff seem unsure and poorly trained. When asked if they had a prepacked quart of rainbow sherbet in the back (they have before) the staff person looked confused. I repeated my request thinking i may not have spoken clearly. Then she went to get a manager to tell me no. That's fine, they can't always have every flavor.

It is buy one scoop, get a second scoop free today. I ordered a scoop of one flavor and my wife ordered a scoop of another flavor. We had to repeat ourselves twice. Then we got our order. My scoop was an actual full scoop while my wife's was only half a scoop. The staff person just dropped our order on the counter and walked away. My wife said if she knew they were falsely advertising the buy one get one she would have just paid for her scoop to get a whole one.

Our complaints may seem petty but my wife was excited to finally have a Baskin Robbins closer to us. We still have to drive 40 miles to get there only to be...

I get dunkin 3 times a day at the most. I’m an avid dunkin fiend. I drink Dunkin’ Donuts as much as I hit my Juul. One might say I’m a Dunkin’ Donuts connoisseur. I get the same drink every time, I’m basic and I know what I like. Anyway - since I moved to point, there is only one employee at DD in SP that makes the drink to taste even remotely well. (She makes it splendid so maybe that’s why the other ones taste significantly below par) but my girl Liv is a barista professional. She needs a raise. Actually, she needs the max pay Dunkin allows. She needs a crown of honor. For years it came up in random conversations and hopeful daydreams that we have been good in life and deserving of a Dunkin Donuts off the corner of campus. The fresh aroma of Arabica beans and wonderful pastries drizzled with gleaming tastiness. After giving them a try on opening week wasn't impressed. Stale coffee and donuts at 10 am. So I gave em a mulligan. Second try in February on the 13. Stopped in at around one. Coffee was meh and didn't add the cream and sugar in wrong amounts (ordered a dunkin regular). One more try today at 3. Medium Dunkin regular. Coffee had been sitting a while and not that hot, certainly not the awesome Dunkin fresh hot made every 12 minute goodness that everyone loves. Hate to give a bad review and if you check my profile this is only the second I've ever done. Disappointed in you guys. I'm not coming back...
