Toppers Pizza — Restaurant in Stevens Point

I ordered food at around 1am, and put in the delivery instructions NOT to knock because my roommates were sleeping. The delivery driver, whom I didn’t get the name of, knocked once, and I ignored it because I chose contactless delivery and assumed they were just letting me know it was at the door. A few seconds later, she starts POUNDING on the door. I open it and I say to please keep a little quiet, again because of my roommate sleeping just a room away, and she continues to speak at full volume enough to make me have to close my door behind me. She hands me a signature slip for the card I paid with with a tip option. I chose to tip ONLINE with my order. I put nothing in for the tip because again, I already tipped. I hand it back to her and she looks at it, and then hands my food to me without even checking if I was holding it fully or not (I almost dropped it), and stormed off without another word, or response to my “have a nice night, thank you”. I already had a very long and difficult day at work, and I really didn’t appreciate the aggression and refusal to read the delivery instructions. I’ve never had this problem before at toppers. The food was great though, absolutely no complaints there. It was just a little disappointing to be treated like that when all I wanted to do was relax and...

Updating review after last night. Got long so starting over.

First order about six months ago. Was missing the sixes and the tots were cold. Not too impressed but...

Pizza came over an hour from the time it finished baking. Pizza was cold and old looking. Tots were just cold cheesy mush. Turns out driver went home and forgot the delivery and came back to work to deliver it much much later. The response from two months ago below is about this one.

Going another star down because of last night. Received the food hot! Was just missing all the meat on the 4 meat pizza. Got the correct order about another hour later. Everyone was asleep by then but finally got to try the pizza when fresh and hot and it was good. Just ended up eating other food waiting. All 3 times... This place sounds good but so far not one order has been correct. Might try again in a few months to change this...

Update. Gabe then another chance. Food came fresh but the 4 meat pizza with mushrooms only had mushrooms. Called again and received the correct pizza almost an hour later after everyone went to bed. It's the third time in a row that either something was missing or the food was old and soggy. Pizza was good by the time it showed and finally tasted a hot pizza...

Last week was pretty rough, a sudden tragedy occurred in my life that completely blindsided me. My companion of nine months, Mr. Bubbles, took his own life. I would do anything to turn back time, if only there was something I could have done...

And it was on his birthday too. I had prepared a cake and everything...when my roommates and I went to surprise him he wasn't in his usual spot. No. He was hanging on the wire by one tiny, clenched fist at the very top of his cage.

I didn't believe that hamsters could get depressed and suicidal. But then it happened to my own. I'll never forget watching his small, furry body fall to the bottom of the cage. And the sound it made...

Anyway, the only thing that got me through that night was your delivery driver Trevor's prompt delivery of your cinnamon sticks.

Please keep your hamsters close, and never take...
