I came in and brought my whole family to eat ice cream . I order first . Then when my family ordered after me they all got their ice cream except for me and my baby . After I saw my family all got their ice cream after me I was confused so I went to the register and asked the workers where’s my ice cream ? They were looking on the computer and said they couldn’t find my order and it look like they didn’t want to do anything about it when I order they didn’t give me a receipt so I’m like OK so what’s going to happen ? They ignored me kept giving me attitude I asked for the manager and the ladies like I am the manager with a ugly look on her face I believe her name was Maklya it’s took them 20minutes after my family finished her ice cream to ask me what was my ice cream ? The worst customer service ever I am NEVER going back .on top of that there was a couple sitting 20 mins waiting when they went to go ask they forgot about there order to. They have the worst...

Food: I got the Stolen Brownie Sundae but subbed the hot fudge with caramel as recommended by the manager. The caramel was a much better pairing with the pecans than the hot fudge would have been. I also liked that it was a small enough serving compared to their concrete serving size. My sister got a custom concrete with strawberry and cheesecake. Both were presented in a very pleasing form.

Service: Visited late on a Saturday night in the last hour before closing. Only one other customer inside. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful when inquired about recommendations and preferences. Prompt service.
