McDonald's — Restaurant in Stickney Township

This is the best Mcdonald's in the area! I don't really support eating fast food though I have been lately but thats besides the point, I came to say that, at this Mcdonald's the food is always fresh! and its prepared with much more care than the other Mcdonalds down the street and the one by the Express way, they just throw their shyt together and it doesnt seem as throughly cooked as this one, its like they're rushing. The food is still Mcdonalds food but I promise it much more pleasant to eat knowing that its fresh and cooked pretty decently. I cant lie one time i could tell that the fries had been sitting out and they were just redipped in the hot grease lol but I worked at a resturant and understand (as a worker not a customer) but still, that was only one negative expierencet so I'm not complaining, great job. the staff is awesome too, they talk to you like you're a person and don't seem to hate their jobs and not want to be there. the latino guy that work the grave shift is super cool! my fav.& theres a middle aged white woman that does drive through during the morning too she's also very nice. Whoever the GM is, i hope you're treating them well, you have a great team, keep em happy :) Wish all of you the best and success in life.

I placed an order not even 5 minutes before I showed up to pick up my order in the drive-through they canceled my order because they are busy. And the manager gave me three different excuses because each excuse gave me was wrong and didn’t apply to me and it made no sense. Told me it’s a corporate thing and they can’t do anything about it and held his hands up like it’s not his problem. Then what’s the manager there for anyway. I want to know why his employee canceled my order. And he told me it was basically my fault that I picked it up too late. Sorry but I showed up before it was even ready. Try again lying with somebody else. Was no help at all. Couldn’t even help me place another order Because I’m there for food anyway, right? But instead, he shoos me away Wanting me to leave. I didn’t know that’s how we treat customers now....

There's always a DEAL AT MCDONALD'S I LOVE IT ❤️ THANKS MCDONALD'S AND THEY ARE PEOPLE FRIENDLY AND KID FRIENDLY AS WELL. THERES A RESTROOM FOR BOTH UNISEX MAKE N FEMALES AND A BABY CHANGER FOR CHANGE DIAPERS INSIDE THE MCDONALD'S FAST FOOD JOINTS. 47TH N CICERO IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE MCDONALD'S JOINTS EVER!!!! VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY LOVING TOWARDS MY FAMILY AND I LIKE WERE ALL ONE BIG HAPPY FAMILY. THANKS ROBALD MCDONALD'S FOR REMEMBERING US LOW INCOME FAMILIES ITS VERY FORTUNATE FOR ME WITH THE APP POINTS AND ALL AS WELL. I CAN BARELY MAKE ENDS MEET BUT MCDONALD'S HELPS A LOT SERIOUSLY.
