My Night to Remember with New Friends and Genuine Vibes and first time ever at BDubs
I visited Stillwater, Oklahoma to celebrate my childhood friendâs graduation with his Masterâs degree. It was a meaningful trip that became even more special thanks to an impromptu dinner plan with some of his friends I had met Nalini and Suzi. That night, the mood was light, everyone was dressed up, and there was this unspoken urge to make the most of the evening. I had a car, so I offered to drive and off we went to B-Dubs, just before closing time.
Even that late in the night, the energy at Buffalo Wild Wings was buzzing. Itâs not just a sports bar itâs a place that feels alive, welcoming, and friendly. We ordered garlic wings, and I personally went for their boneless wings, which were as flavorful and juicy as youâd expect from B-Dubs. But what turned this night from a dinner into a memory was our host, Miss Katrina.
Katrina was nothing short of wonderfulâdesirable in presence, full of energy, and purely hospitable. We even struck a conversation that led to a little friendship formed right there at our table. For international students like me, making connections with locals doesnât come easy. But kind, open-hearted people like her make you feel invited into the American spirit, reminding us that strangers can quickly become a part of your story.
She was gorgeous, humble, and genuine the kind of person who turns service into something memorable. People like her are the unsung magic behind a placeâs reputation.
Also, a big shoutout to B-Dubs for running a Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO) offer that night! It allowed us to try an additional sauce variety without breaking the bank. Yes, the prices were a little on the higher side for students like us, but that deal balanced it out and made the experience more generous..
Best part ⢠Incredible late-night vibe and friendly ambiance ⢠Boneless and garlic wings that hit the spot ⢠Amazing customer serviceâMiss Katrina truly stood out ⢠BOGO deal on wings made it budget-friendly ⢠A space where international students feel welcome and encouraged to connect
My Final Thought:
This night at B-Dubs wasnât just about food it was about people, energy, and creating a memory that stays with you. For anyone in Stillwater student, traveler, or local Buffalo Wild Wings is where you go not just to eat, but to feel connected.
To Miss Katrina! thank you for making our night so special.
Cheers to great wings and even greater...

Weâve been enjoying BDubs for years but in the past 12 + months we have seen a decline in customer service and quality of food. Iâm not lying when I say years! I have used their online app to order our dinner at least twice a month for the longest time but we had to stop about six months ago because of the terrible quality of service when we would pick up and our food was either wrong or they missed something or they put the wrong sauce etc. Years ago, when we would pick up our food, the staff would actually take out our items and go over each one to make sure it was exactly what you wanted. It used to be annoying, because it did take a little bit longer when I picked up, but it was great customer service! At some point, they stopped doing that, and now the staff seems put out just to grab a bag and check us out! Not even an isolated incident! Literally every single time! The culture of the staff inside this specific facility has changed dramatically. We decided to give them another try last night since it had been a few months, thinking maybe it was new staff etc. Well, the food was actually great! Which is why I gave two stars. However, when my husband went to the counter to pick up our food, a woman was sitting on a barstool playing on her phone and didnât even acknowledge his presence for approximately five minutes. Then, another woman came out of the kitchen and asked my husband if he had been helped, so he replied no, and the woman on the barstool jumps up and immediately starts helping the person behind my husband and appeared to be frustrated by the fact she had to do her job! Where has customer service gone? It might have taken longer and been a bit annoying, but back in the day staff were friendly, helpful and they would go through each of our items to make sure it was perfect and would catch any issues right then. Iâm afraid we have given them too many opportunities and will never return. When we go to Tulsa or Oklahoma City I imagine we will give them a try and see if this is a systemic culture issue or maybe just this specific location. Stillwater BDubs - Customer...

Safety protocols are never followed, and the favortism is RIDICOULUS. To get yelled at To a point of me crying over a simple text message I had to send to my dad whilethera are aloud to make and watch videos or sit on their phone. The allowing students to do school work makes other several so more work then needed and these college kids will sit in your section and skip you in rotation because 'you don't have a table" the manager doesn't care, money gets stolen from other employees. And when I ask questions to clarify or because I simply want to do my job correctly I and others get ignored.
Most importantly coming from a bipolar person herself. Our manager CHOOSES to not be on her meds.
