Panda Express — Restaurant in Stillwater

This place has been an absolute joke recently, last two times I’ve went through the drive thru I’ve had to wait between 20 to 30 minutes to get my food. First bad experience I was told to wait in the parking lot and they would bring my food out when it was ready and they told me it would be 15 minutes, 30 minutes later I walk inside and they had completely forgot about my order which they told me would be another 15 minutes because they had served all the food to customers inside and had to make more. Second trip today I went through the drive through ordered my food, which was a bowl of super greens and broccoli beef and a medium Al a carte of broccoli beef, they told me pull to the side doors and it would be ready in 5 minutes. We waited for 15 minutes so I circled back around and they told me sorry they were waiting on broccoli beef and it would be 3 more minutes. After 5 more minutes of waiting someone came outside to our vehicle and said the guy taking drive thru orders messed the orders up and we finally got our order. My wife worked there for a while, she was one of the few people that was not a student, when a student didn’t come they called her to cover the hours, if they have to close they call her to close, I know they failed, sanitation, and they have less than 3 1/2 stores because of the terrible service. Lacking of food quality , and terrible terrible management. Because the restaurant failed the audit, they choose to fire a bunch of people, instead of doing an investigation and seeing that management is extremely incompetent, many days without a Manager, many days the Manager came late, many times that Manager was supposed to train the new workers and didn’t do so. I have never written something like this in my life , but I have seen how my wife cares so much about that job, and how she was proud about what she was doing. Saw the woman who must have been mngr, belittle a staff member right in front of me. The food here is terrible. We got 2 bowls with entree and side. The chicken actually was descent. Tye vegetables were undercooked and tough. The rice tasted old seasoned horrible. Like grease in your mouth. Also tasted like they added fake smoke to rice. The Asian lady was extremely irritable, was pushy in her service, and misrang 2 entrees.I had to correct her on the overcharge. This was 10:30 in the morning. Why would the food taste old? Save your $20 and go eat Asian food that's good and where you're not rushed. The restaurant wasn't busy either. We ended up throwing over half of our food away.
