I went to the front to ask for help. All the associates were on the phones, I finally said “ma’am could I ask you a question” she put her phone down on the counter and continued to scroll through her social media but said “sure”. She then asked a fellow associate if another associate was there, who asked if another associate was there, in all four people were asked if they could help me, they all said no, I got eye rolls and attitude for simply asking for help looking for a lawn mower tire. One girl upstairs finally started yelling “well if we have them they would be over on this side of the store” I had already looked on that side with no luck and was just hoping someone could help me look as I was not entirely sure where they were. I just said “thanks I will go somewhere else that doesn’t mind helping me, this is terrible customer service” to which the young girls started laughing and yelled at me to “have a nice day” as I exited the store.

I work construction so I have to have good quality boots and jeans. So normally I go to Atwood's to get them this last week we have bought several pairs of jeans that were on sale. Today we walk in he needed some tools that were clearly marked on the 50% table they told him it was not. He paid for it anyway. Picked up the only pair of jeans left in my size from the shelf on the wall that was plastered with 50 % off did not ring up that way the clerk called the manager he looked down and without asking any specific questions on which jeans said they were not on sale needless to say with false advertising.
