Hey just a FYI if you use Domino's here in Stillwater. Jeff the GM doesn't care about you the customer. He never apologized for canceling a order to me. The computer allowed a delivery to my house. It says it's waiting to be delivered. Then I get a text saying canceled order. Why? Because they say they changed delivery areas. I live within city limits and a 5 minute drive from the store. Definitely in the area. Apparently a employee canceled my order. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me. I talked with the GM "Jeff" who insisted I was at fault. Domino's delivers in my neighborhood all the time until apparently recently. Jeff says he's told me several times they no longer deliver in my area. Except this is my 1st delivery from them in like 3-4 months. Jeff continues to csll me David, my name is Rich. He continues to blame me for canceling my order. Not 1 apology for canceling and not having the courtesy to call me to say, they no longer deliver here, would you like to pick up your pizza order. He even hangs up on me in the middle of the conversation. Jeff is the General Manager by the way. They took the money for the order out of my bank account. When asked about that, he stated the refund will get there when it gets there. We'll at least that's better than my pizza or good customer service. Apparently that will never get here. The fact they treat a customer so bad with very little consideration to make a simple phone call, is chaos and lack of appreciation to the customer. If you value your money and want to be treated with just some respect that everyone should get, order your pizza elsewhere. We have several good pizza places that appreciate their customer. Unlike Jeff whose the General Manager of the Stillwater Domino's. Jeff if you're reading this, do better dude. You shouldn't be a GM of a pizza chain if you have zero customer service skills. Yes, I'll be contacting corporate and making a official complaint about you and your store. Read moreI placed my order on the app. I was advised it would be 30-40 minutes before it was ready. We were 30 minutes away as it was and I even waited 15 minutes before we left the house. When I went in to pick up my order because the app showed it was ready, I was told it would roughly be another 20 minutes. We waited in line, and when I pulled to the drive up window, I was told they couldn't find my order. Someone offered an 2 orders of lava cakes, or something else for the inconvenience. I was feeling 6 people so 2 lava cakes wouldn't have worked so I asked if they would do 2 orders of the bread bites instead. I was told yes and the order would be out as soon as possible. I waited an additional 20 minutes for my order to be remade. 2 of the pizzas were wrong, They didn't have all of the drinks id ordered so they had to sub it for other stuff that was left, none of them had the garlic butter on the crust like they were ordered with AND even though they offered to give 2 orders for all of the mess up on there end I only got 1.... I understand it was a Saturday evening but this is beyond ridiculous!! I get you may be out of the drinks.... Cool they gave me something else...... But they lost my order, made it wrong when they remade it and promised me something as compensation and didn't provide what was promised. On top of the coat of it all! Read moreI ordered a Large New York Style Meatzza extra cheese add mushrooms, green peppers, onion, and black olives. When my husband picked it up it was just a vegetable pizza no meat so they said they’d remake it. He called to let me know what happened and he literally had to step outside because the workers were inside playing, using profanity, and being loud to where I could barely hear him on the phone. They even say when another customer walks in, “we better settle down before they set how we really act in here but oh well” and laughed. My husband gets the pizza and brings it home and what do you know, NO extra cheese. I called to make them aware because after 2 opportunities, clearly all the playing and not paying attention is leading to wrong orders having to made over again. Being that I paid for extra cheese I either want it or the money back for the extra cheese. I called and I explain to the employee what happened and he remembers, I tell him they still forgot the extra cheese part and he recognizes that they did forget the extra cheese. He put his manager on the phone, Logan, and immediately Logan said I know the second pizza was made right I watched it. I told him it didn’t have the extra cheese on top that I paid for and he got an attitude and started being rude. I decided to end the call and take my loss but Domino’s app has been deleted from my phone and had completely lost...
