I ordered 2 giant #6 The Veggie and called about both missing both the avocado spread and the cucumber. When I called about it asking what was going on I was told that everything was on the sandwich and that I was wrong, the avocado spread was very thinly smeared between the cheese, there was more mayo on the sandwich than avocado, but if I wanted the sandwiches remade or a store credit that's what they would do, when I said that they still didn't have the cucumber, and that I didn't need more sandwhiches or store credit I was then hung up on, when I called back I was hung up on again, and again, when they finally answered I was told that I was yelling and degrading them and that was why I was hung up on, which is not true. I have worked at enough places dealing with complaints that I don't curse at people or degrade people when I have an issue. I was calm and rational the whole time, the guy I was speaking to was the one that got rude. The management, or whoever was on the phone, just didn't want to offer a discount, or other way of correcting the issue for the sub's, they only wanted to either remake them or give a store credit. Well I have no intention of ordering from this location again as this isn't the first time we have had this issue here. We didn't need the extra sandwiches, and I didn't want the store credit but I was hung up on before something could be worked out, a simple apology would have been more than sufficient. No one is willing to own their mistakes anymore, always finding a reason to pass the blame. We will just make sure we only order from the other Jimmy Johns location from now on. Read more“I’d like a giant number nine please.” “Was that a giant number five?” “No, a giant number nine please.” “Oh! Okay, we’ll have your total at the next window.” Turned out to be a giant number five, got charged for a giant number five. I called and asked if I could replace the sandwich with the correct one, explaining the situation to the guy on the phone. Asked if I had to bring in my receipt or the incorrect sandwich. Guy on the phone said I could just show up and have it replaced. Turns out if they charge you for and give you the incorrect sandwich, you can’t have it replaced.
Employees all did fine, I have no complaint towards them. Everything was handled very well at the counter and over the phone, and the number five tastes good. However, my issue is with Jimmy John’s business practice and the resulting time that was wasted by driving there, back, there, and back again, only to never actually get the sandwich I wanted. It’s not like I was going to argue with some guy probably getting paid borderline minimum wage either, that would have been a waste of both of our times.
Anyways, just make sure that when you order here you enunciate your numbers clearly into the microphone. Otherwise, you might end up with a sandwich without ham, onions, and other assorted toppings that separate the delicious number nine from the measly...

Long story short I ordered 4 meals for delivery from the Jimmy John's in Stillwater, 602 N Main St. One of the sandwiches was missing so I called up there to have them bring it. No big deal, it happens. Well...when I called Morgan answered. I explained to her our delivery was missing a sandwich she acted very annoyed and said "LOVELY". I give her the information and she says very hateful "I know for a fact that sandwich was in that box because I packed that box and it was missing so I had them remake it". Stunned I replied with the same hateful tone that I unpacked the box and the sandwich is indeed not here, why would I call and say the drink/chips are here but no sandwich?
