Registers went down in the middle of my transaction. Young lady refused to call the owner back to discuss issues. Lost 3 customers while I stood there for 20 mins. She was rude. I am a regular here. Probably won't go back to this location. Treated very poorly. She didn't handle this professionally at all.. I went to the one closer to my house. Coaching and learning moment for this young lady for sure. I hope the other two young and new workers learned not what to do next time. Btw we are not sure if my card was charged. As I ordered 2 larger pizzas for $27, people after me ordered larder pizzas with much better service for several dollars less. Then I was only given the option to get none at all. As apparently, I ordered wrong and did not ask the right questions. I’ve been to this place several times and the group is typically great. Today was not that day. Wow.
Just be honest and let people know you are paying way more than everyone else. Is it a buyer beware world? Seems to be.

HORRIBLE customer service. Received the wrong pizzas. Called to complain & manager took no responsibility even though the pizzas were premed and it was slow in the store. He told me to take toppings off one pizza and 'make my own' correct pizzas. No need to replace them. No apology, only when I pressed him.
