Taco Bell — Restaurant in Stillwater

Worst service I have EVER seen at public place. We are doordashers, we got 3 orders that we got for here and had to either accept all 3 or lose all orders so we accepted. We waited an hour in line. By the time we got to speaker and told the guy we had 3 orders to pick up, he said they can only do 2 orders. We asked why and he said they just couldnt, so we could go to the back of the line (another hour long line behind us) to pick up the order or give him 2 names. We were confused so we we said "no were not ordering this is for doordashes, the names are blah blah blah. Then a girl popped in the speaker and said "what's the names." We again gave her 3 names. She was silent for a second and said what was the 2 names? And we said word for word: "we just gave you the 3 names, im not sure what ones you want" and she immediately copped an attitude and said "I don't appreciate the way you're talking to me you only gave me the names once so I'm not going to give you any of your orders so you can just leave" and then she went silent for 30 seconds. We pulled forward to the window right after that 30 seconds and she immediately opened the window and starting saying we had an attitude and she didn't appreciate it. That we never told them the names and just came to the window without telling her the names ? My husband (the one driving) said ok. Ok. Ok. To her accusations then she said she wouldn't give them to us again. That's when my wife chimmed in and said "uh no. We answred you 3 different times, you went silent at the speaker for 30 seconds after chewing us out. How were we to know you didnt get the names?! You are being extremely rude and disrespectful and we are not leaving till you give us the food! Doordash is our job and youre wasting everybodys time. She slammed the window and walked away. We sat in line cause we're not gonna just leave after being treated so disrespectfully for no reason. And the manager came up and told us to cancel the 3rd order (poor guy who waited an hr for his food just got screwed over) then told us to pull into the parking spot and they'd bring out the other two.

Again, we did nothing wrong. We were not rude at all, but the girl and guy who worked there is far beyond disrespectful! I'm no Karen but im flabbergasted at how rude a worker can be to someone who just waited in line for an HOUR to pick up 3 orders... and the 2 orders picked up were only one...

It's ok if you are wanting to get something quick and cheap for your kids and their friends. Unfortunately the beans have a burnt taste to them too often and at least half of the time they don't melt the top on the Mexican pizzas which is extremely annoying considering one of those is almost $4 on its own. Its been months, they still haven't gotten the steamer running quite right if its working at all (at least that's what they have told me is the reason why they keep giving us unheated pizzas instead of just letting me know its not working when I'm placing my order). Not sure if that's the store manager/owner's fault or the company failing to handle that issue. That's about the only thing on their menu I like. Everything else they serve is consistent half the time. We do all love the Baja Blast and the kids like the Doritos Tacos. Overall a typical and fairly quick fast food place. Just make sure you check your food before leaving, especially if you made any alterations. They are almost as bad as McDonald's when it comes to messing up our orders. Either by forgetting items all together or not making them how they are ordered. Then when you try and talk to them about it they just start giving the excuse that they are "training new people"... Well, if that's true then they must have the highest employee turnover rate in town. it has been the same excuse every time they mess things up or forget items ... At this point I am seriously starting to wonder if the people putting the food together are just incompetent...

Something I dont usually do is leave detailed feedback like this. Though most people never experience what I did Thursday December 29 @ or about 8:15pm going through a drive through. With that said and due 2 an unexpected injury 2 my knee I pulled up and heard a young ladys voice say "Welcome to Taco Bell how can i help U" ? Gerr im usually done at this point but I do have 2 say im glad I didn't gone in! 2 Young lady's served our food & beverages while they took my money and served us a side of laughter smiles and kindness! So unexpected and all I can say is that those 2 ladys were so full of life, energy thoughtfulness but still brought respectful, politeness, happiness, smiles and laughter on a night I really needed 2 be greatful. They handed me our food and it was not 2 hot but just the right temp and drinks that were not ur avag cup of a dash of soda and a cup full of ice but they were perfect and we were gifted a few minutes of communicating with these 2 young lady's. Thing is how offten do u pullout of an drive through with a smile on ur face? Rarely!! Well I truly Wish I could remember their names because our experience was above and beyond what we had ever experienced or thought we would receive. Thank U girls, it left us laughing smiling, happy and heck even wanting 2 go back just for the service. Omg I think I must have fallen harder than i thought or am sick!! Nope not this time!
