I have visited this location for the last time. We work At The hospital and every one has a complaint about the customer service and slow service at this location. Today when I walked in there were 4 young people Working....one being a female. She was sitting down at a table I guess because nobody else was in there.I was the only customer. I walked in- no one greeted me. She finally got up to try to take my order. And when I ask Her to toast my Bread which I had to pick a different type because she claimed they were out of wheat and did not go and try to find any... they still have over an hour before they close....then This Employee proceeded to make someone else sandwich.... There was no one else in there, but me so I don't know who it was for..That wasn't a problem while my bread was toasting but ten minutes later she still did not begin to work on my sandwich. I waited a few more minutes after getting frustrated because then she began to talk to her coworkers as she slowly took her time to even begin to make my sandwich that I had been waiting fifteen minutes for...and left! I never have a problem with chicken salad, chick or the other surrounding restaurant, so that's just business lost and the owner should really know and go in there because this is constant. We have Had so many complaints in my office referencing This place that people will no longer go mainly due to the customer service Or lack there of. And now I am added to the list. They need to train the young people .... they are always slow as hell and nonchalant... Absolutely no people skills. Firehouse sub, thankfully, and Subway is around the corner. Whoever owns this just don't know how much business they have loss from personnel that come to this undesirable location... Due to customer service. One thing, I can say it has been clean each time we...
Read moreI’ve been in The store three times in the last month. I know that in fast food employees cycle in and out and that great help is hard to find now .There is a lady there who may be a manager because she wears a blue collared button-down, but her attitude stinks. She doesn’t speak when you walk in she doesn’t acknowledge when you speak to her placing your order she just looks at you as if you’re bothering her. She’s very nonchalant and in no rush to do anything . I’ve watched as well with other customers, She gives off that she doesn’t want to be there every time. I watched her scratch her braids today as she stood there talking to one of the other ladies , Nasty work . Thankfully I was getting a sandwich in the grill and she was not the cook. The lady on the grill told her what I ordered, she said in the driest most nonchalant voice, “you can pay now” as she walked towards the register. I get to the register she punches in my prefer and walks away, Mind you I don’t place my order with her, we had no interaction for her to be this way. I asked for a side of mayo, she looked at me and said she’ll get it for you then proceeds to tell the cook I wanted it on my sandwich. This is where the problem started. I said that is not what I said I do not want it on my sandwich and she looks over to The cook with an attitude to correct. I said to her you always haven’t attitude When I come in, I don’t even know you. She goes to Whisper to the other lady and the cook. It’s uncomfortable as I had to watch my food get cooked because I am not playing with these young folks these days around my food. know that customer service has declined In recent years, it’s just getting ridiculous. Going to be visiting the new store opening on...
Read moreOk let's start at 1. Was online noticed no Italian on menu, after speaking with Evan was told out of pepperoni last night apps has not updated, please come in for that. NOTE: IF Evan is not a supervisor or manager he should be, offered a solution to problem and upon arriving he stated " short on staff please bear with me and thank you for your patience. Now the person on the grill( black man with hair and a beard). Tried to help , but was fully unaware or the duties of he operation. His solution was to ring up your order, have you paid then continue to wait. Evan was doing orders while completing a 25 party order by 10.30. Two other employees came young lady and gentleman, the grill man insisted that they hurry up get on the clock. Grill man's shirt was dirty and buttoned incorrectly, while his mid section was truly visible. Grill man started to make a sub for a lady that was third in line, while me # 1 and # 2 waited. He started on my sub then entered Evan and directed others in place and completed my sub. Grill man was constantly stroking his head then face while trying to work. My sub was done and the young gentleman dressed it and wrapped. Paper to wrap was out Grill man was unsuccessful in changing the roll( which he layer on the floor). My sub was not cut so Grill man got off the floor and cu my sub with the gloves which were just on the floor. " Sir you just placed your dirty hand on my sub and cut it." He stated " oh sorry " Sir you just got off the floor. " yeah sorry". By the way the young lady had to complete the task of changing he roll of paper. I gave the dirty Italian sub with double meat to my dog for breakfast at 21.36. Loyal customer that passes subway and firehouse to...
