Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Stockbridge

Sadly...I haven't eaten at Chipotle in about 15 years... I will be visiting them now after dealing with this store and lack of rice. I've ordered from here twice in the past few months and they failed both times. Both occasions they didn't have rice. The first time it happened, the clerk advised they didn't have rice. This time they threw my burrito together, put so much sour cream in the burrito to distract the fact there was no rice in the burrito. My wife's rice bowl didn't have any rice...what is the point of requesting a rice bowl or fulfilling the order with no rice. The communication here is terrible and I will not be ordering from this location again. Order at your own risk.

Another thing when ordering online and you advise you would like chips with red or green salsa...we have NEVER RECEIVED the sauces we ordered...no salsa ever comes with the orders.

BTW the Moes app is absolutely useless as it pertains to issues with orders. They assume no responsibility of order failures, they want you to email them and then the email advises to go another route for order issues. It's a waste and only protects them. Both entrees I ordered had issues and they advised they would give me a free entree...

🚨🚨MUST READ THIS REVIEW🚨🚨 My Wife And I Ordered A Meal Online. Once I Got Inside The Restaurant I Was Not Greeted With The Famous "Welcome To Moe's" Greeting. Long Story Short My Online Order Was Cancelled. Once I Proceed To Order The Young Lady That Was At The Register Was Also Trying To Make My Food Which Was Completely Awful, She Scooped The Bottom Of An Old Queso Pan With A Spoon And Flung It On To Of The Rice, Beans, Meat, And Shredded Cheese. I Felt Very Disappointed And Disrespected Because All I Was Trying To Do Is Get My Wife And Kids Something To Eat. Now I'm Sitting Here Hungry Disappointed As Heck Because The People At This Location Choose Not To Value Me As A Customer. P.S. I Was Very Pleasant By The Way. You Can't Treat People Any Kind Of Way And Expect For Them To Be Satisfied. If I Wasn't A Strong Minded God Fearing Man I Could Have Let This Ruin My Day. I had the pleasure of being helped by Cole, the manager at Moe’s Southwest Grill in Stockbridge, GA, and I can honestly say he was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, Cole’s positive energy and professionalism stood out. He greeted everyone with a warm smile and made sure the service was fast, friendly, and accurate.

What really impressed me was how hands-on he was—helping staff, checking on customers, and even stepping behind the counter to keep things running smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience and takes pride in his role.

Cole went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and that kind of leadership deserves recognition. If every location had a manager like him, dining out would always be a five-star experience!
