Avoid this location at all costs. My wife and I tried to bring our ring in for repair and ended being there almost 2 hours. First, we waited over 30 minutes just to be seen by someone. Second, they kept giving us the run around saying we needed this and needed that. We asked at least 5 times just to give us the ring back and we would take it elsewhere. After all was said and done 2 hours later we were told without the diamond certificate, they can't send it in for repair. The ring has the lifetime warranty on it and doesn't require the certificate for repair. The people in this location only care about new sales and will do what they can to make their commission. They do not give a s* about existing clients. If you need help or want to see an expert, go to Folsom Outlets Zales location and see Blake. I will only deal with him going forward. We tried giving stockton location a shot because of convenience, but that was a grave mistake. Take my advice and don't deal with these idiots...

I had such a wonderful experience at this jewelry store thanks to the new store manager, Sarah Lewis. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and so helpful to my sister and I. We both went in to the store to have our jewelry cleaned and Sarah greeted us both with a huge smile. She took the time to review the jewelry that I had previously purchased over the years, so I knew what items were covered under the diamond and medal warranties. She took the time to look up the information that I needed, shared her knowledge, and never once made me feel rushed. Her focus was on me and what I needed. She truly went above and beyond to help me. She was so sweet. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and attentive. That is why I wanted to make sure to write this review. ...

Amy is a valuable asset to the organization. She is one of a kind. She is very detailed orients and makes me feel comfortable about taking my rings to get inspected. She noticed that a few stones on my rings were loose and sent my rings to get fixed. When the rings came back the main normally an associate would just call and have me pick up but she did her friend diligence and inspected and noticed that the stone was cracked and still loose. The repair shop cracked my stone. If it wasn’t because of her going above and beyond I would have picked a my ring without even knowing it. If any every leaves I have no idea what I would do.
