12/16/2019 @530 p.m. my order hadn't been fulfilled with everything thing I'd asked to be in my order, this was the second time it had happened so I decided to call the Stockton CA Webber's town mall Chipotle and complained, on that date 02/16/19 I'd called and idI spoken with a young lady for 6mins 2 seconds she claimed to be a manager and that she'd taken my name and said i can come back whenever to get a replacement burrito bowl, so i did not ask for a refund, I'd mentioned to her that I do not live that close by to just come back in and I was heading to work in a few hours I bought my burrito bowl to take to work for lunch, upon me checking my food I'd noticed my veggies missing for the second time. Anyway she claimed to take my name and number and I can come in anytime for replacement. Well today 02/25/2019 I called in asking can I come in to get my replacement and the manager at that store named George gave me an extremely hard time, said he didn't see my name, claimed people always call in acting as tho they ordered and never did, said they run back the cameras and see that people lied. I felt he accused me of lying about my order which I made online and have used my card offered to show my emails and online Chipotle account, so he put me on hold I mentioned to him I'd spoken to a female, he said he texted both female managers and they denied speaking with me, i asked for corporate number he said there was not one, and also I asked for his last name he Told me he doesn't feel comfortable giving me that information, I just feel that this customer service is extremely poor, and also, the hassle in treatment that I have received from this store is extremely uncalled for and disrespectful especially when he accused me of lying. I will never order again here again, I would like to take this to another level seeing how they treat their customers I am sure I am not the only person that has been unfairly treated this way. Read moreFirst of all this was the first time I ever went to Chipotle and I decided to try out their menu because I seen someone on the TICTOK posting and raving about their food so I went to the one here in Stockton on Pacific avenue the customer service was TERRIBLE the food was TERRIBLE I think they got an attitude because I asked for the quesadilla that everybody's been raving about the girl that helped me ,her customer service was terrible she had an attitude and I ended up spending $40 for two funky little quesadillas I will never go there again and never recommend them at least not the one here in Stockton on Pacific..... John Porter not only was rude and unprofessional but was chauvinistic, patronizing and just plain disgusting. This pandemic that is affecting us all does NOT give you the right to treat human beings like trash and especially does not warrant this egotistical behavior. After my encounter with him, I called the corporate office and they contacted me back just to further show that even the corporate office does no longer care for the safety or well being of its patrons.
