Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Stockton

The last time I went here; oh, it was terrific. The general manager was a wonderful person and she got things done. Our food took a little bit more time to cook up, but it was VERY much worth it. I'm not a fan of the beer batter cheese fries, it's not all what it's hooped up to be, but still OK to eat. We will be coming back for sure.

Alright, we came back and ordered. The French fries were too dry and were old. They were no longer than an inch long and some were hard as a rock. Talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel and serving old dried fries to a customer. I had to remove the five stars.

We came back again, Order number 338007. Olga was our cashier through the drive thru. The fries were dry, hard, and the size of a penny. The Star was dry and the bun was dry and old. The chicken sandwich was terrible. You can see through the tomato it was cut so thin. The lettuce was old and limp. We wasted our money at the end of the day and now I have decided to no longer go here because of this and they do NOT return phone calls. They don't even answer their phone. I have downgraded them to one star.

Update: I finally received a phone call from the store manager. She was very nice and offered me to come in and get the entire meal again. We'll see what...

I recently visited Carl’s Jr., and my experience was disappointing. When we approached the counter, the cashier, a pregnant Latina woman, didn’t greet us or ask if we were ready to order. We had to initiate the process ourselves. Throughout the interaction, she didn’t say a word—no confirmation if our order was complete, no mention of the total, nothing.

When she brought our food to the table, she simply dropped the tray and walked away without a word. This level of service was incredibly unprofessional. Additionally, when I went back to the counter to ask for ketchup, napkins, and ranch, I was surprised that none of these were offered upfront, as is usually the case at Carl’s Jr. The cashier was just standing there, seemingly uninterested in providing good customer service. For someone earning $20 an hour, I expected much better. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better service...

Been coming here from time to time. For the past 5 years. Even though theres diferent fast food chains just mins away, from this one i always come here if what i want is a good charbroiled burger. Maybe the employees can work on their friendliness and manners with the costumers ( i know some of us costumers can be a**holes or disrespectfull too ive been there), but you know, dont judge everyone that comes into those doors by the last rude costumer you met and greed them with a dry bad attitude. Im not saying they have terrible service here of course not, they never mess my order up, give me something i didnt order, or nothing like that. Just that maybe a bit more friendliness with the costumer can work idk just my oppinion. Other than that food here is great, fast, good, and at a good price with some of the deals they have going on from...
