Casa Flores — Restaurant in Stockton

This use to be our go to for Mexican food but after tonight we will NEVER go back! The inside wasn’t that busy made 10 tables filled and it took over an hour for us to get our food. Two simple items a burrito and taco salad. The salad had ice cold/dry chicken I had asked for no cucumber and carrots, it was loaded with carrots, barely any beans and the little bit that was there were also cold. Our waitress never checked on us to see how we were doing or to refill our drinks/chips. When it came time to leave finally the lady that handed us the ticket I had asked her to comp the salad because of everything listed above her response was “next time order the grilled chicken”. We get to the counter the salad is still on our tab I tell the lady again it needs to get taken off now. She gets it taken off we pay with no tip...

Food was delicious BUT I wont be back because the service was really slow and awkward. There were 2 waiters and maybe half a dozen tables place wasnt that busy. We waited a while to order and get our food. Server never came back to see how the food was or if we needed anything else. They brought us 1tortilla for 3 people.they didnt bring the check so I went to pay at the counter and I didn't leave a tip because I didn't think it was deserved. My Server cashed me out and looks at the receipt and tells me "tips not included". Ive never had someone say that to me before. So uncomfortable. If they were concerned about receiving a tip they should've been more attentive. I asked for a receipt and they struggled for minutes to print me one out. Maybe some more training for the wait staff...

Terrible service at the Brookside location. Ordered online during off-peak/non-busy hours. It was hours before closing time and only a small hand of seated customers were there when I arrived at the given time to pick up my order. I was told by the cashier that it was not ready yet and that they needed up to 10 more mins. No problem, I waited there inside for my order. After some time, another waitress came over with the order and said my name. I stood up and said yes, that’s me with my hands extended towards the box. This girl looked at me, walked closer, then put the box on the counter instead of handing it to me.
