Today was our first time here, we had a guy greet us really warmly he was really good at customer service, he was very engaging. Our table had more people coming over to join later so we were left some time to look over things and decide. Soon after everyone was seated and ready to order except 2 of our party. We were ordering and had some questions for the person who was taking our order. This time the person who was taking our order was a female, she was shooting daggers out of her eyes and had a very annoyed air around her, so I gave up trying to decide between two orders and just chose one to hasten my time spent talking to her. She decided that she will come back to get the other 2 orders in later and left. When our whole table was done with the menu she said to us in a very annoyed voice, "Can you give me the menu, you don't need it anymore." She brought out our food in a VERY interesting way that could cause a lawsuit. The way she handled the soups could spill onto one of us and scald us. She also burned her hand when handling them. I watched her for a while when she brought out food for another customer, and she mishandled that bowl of soup. Our whole table was very wary of the way she brought out our food so whenever she did we would move many things on the table to make a big space for her to put our food out. It was pretty uncomfortable. Soon after though the manager saved the day by switching our server, who was a lot more engaging. Thank god. Also the food was really good, I will still come back regardless of...
Read moreIf customer service is important to you. Don’t dine or eat here. They don’t treat all customers equally. I paid and tipped before eating just like everyone else . Yet they treated me differently. They bagged my food up , brought it to my table and never came back to my table to check on me again . I observed how they treated other customers as I unpacked my food and ate at my table . They checked on others . Brought them glass pitches of water , cups , plates and utensils. You would’ve thought I was invisible the way they walked past my table which was between two other eating parties. I don’t care how nice your restaurant is decorated with chandeliers and plants. Not impressed at all . I have a nicer chandelier in my dining room at home. You can’t be a successful and respected restaurant treating people so rudely. I will never eat or recommend this place to anyone. A friend of mine remembered being treated the same way recently . You’re definitely in the wrong industry being prejudice toward specific races. Luckily there are plenty more places to go eat Pho in...
Read moreJust tried to have lunch here and walked out from frustration. I was craving some good pho for my lunch and had eaten here before. The food on my previous visit had been good and quick so I figured this was a good option as I only had 30 minutes. It took a few minutes to seat me but they seemed to have few staff so I wasn't overly concerned. I was sat next to the entry and provided a menu. I knew what I wanted pretty quick so I pushed my menu to the side to indicate I was ready to order and waited to be served. Thirty minutes later no one had come to take my order. Servers walked passed me multiple times, seated, provided water, and took orders for other customers who had come in after me. The final straw was when food started to arrive for a couple who had come in 10 minutes after I had. I might as well have been invisible. I will not be...
