When they first opened it was great! Quickly became my favorite sandwich shop, I don’t know if they changed ownership but recently it’s been really bad, the quality of produce if on par with subway and they changed to black olives like no one would notice. The last two time I went they were missing items on my both sandwiches made, that’s 4 sandwiches usually missing 2 or 3 items. I ordered Mack and cheese and what I got in my cup was a brown amalgamation of pasta. These corporations need to really vet who they let franchise some countries don’t have the standards of the USA.

Sandwiches are OK. Different than Subway and Togo’s. But the COOKIES‼️…No Bueno. We had the lemon and the chocolate chip. The lemon should’ve been thrown in the garbage instead of sold. They were so old they were hard‼️ The chocolate chip cookies were softer but I didn’t care for them. Again, no Bueno on the cookies‼️👎🏻 ——————- Their sandwiches on sourdough are good. But…they are small. I would rate them first. Togo’s, second. Subway, third. I got the large pastrami. No veggies. and whatever spread they put on it. The bread seemed fresh and it was chewy since it was sourdough, which I enjoyed. Next we’re gonna try West Coast Sourdough in Lodi and we will...

Roast beef sandwich was good, roast beef was tender and juicy, bread was probably the best part, it has a nice warm crunchy outer shell and the inside is nice and soft and not dry. The clam chowder is ehh, not much flavor, texture not great, potatoes not cooked fully, have had better clam chowder from a can. Overall, gave 3 instead of 4 stars because of the massive price tag. The sandwich was good, but $15.99 for a 6" sandwich is crazy. I live in Stockton, not New York city yo. The clam chowder was definitely not worth $10.99 for a small cup. If I win the lotto I would go back, otherwise this place is WAAYY out of my price range for what you get. Had a coupon, that is only...

Food is amazing and I come a lot but I’m extremely uncomfortable to return. The older man who works here is always staring at me head to toe. When he sees me coming in he will literally come work in the front to just stare at me. This has happened more than 10 times and I’m too uncomfortable to say anything. I unfortunately will not be able to keep coming here because it’s the same thing every time and I’m tired feeling uncomfortable. He will stare at every inch of your body even if you are covered head to toe.

Multiple of my friends have also stated to notice the same thing and have told him something. He doesn’t stop....
